Excellent service, they really helped us with a family matter.

Scam artists

I paid this company over £3,000 for a specialist investigation that they represented they could carry out. In my experience, the service delivered fell far short of what was promised and did not provide the forensic investigation I had paid for.

When I raised concerns and requested a refund, rather than resolving the matter, Heather has ignored me since April. Today I was repeatedly asked to provide additional bank details by PEL. My bank specifically advised me not to provide these details to this company and that the refund goes back to my card.

To make matters worse, I received what I considered to be intimidating and unprofessional telephone calls from an individual identifying himself as Paul, who spoke to me in a threatening manner instead of addressing my complaint. And demanding I remove this review. The reply below is absolute fabrication and this matter is now being investigated by the police.

I have now had to pursue this matter through my bank and the police as I paid for services that were not delivered as represented.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using them to carry out thorough due diligence before making any payment.

Further from my previous experience in employing PEL’s services, I had to instruct the team to assist in locating the person who stole a large amount of money from one of my family members. They were able to uncover the person and help get the matter resolved
