I'm sorry to hear that the sessions you've watched so far haven't lived up to your expectations. We know that's disappointing.

This year's conference includes more than 33 hours of learning across a wide range of topics, speakers and skill levels. We deliberately build a varied programme because our delegates come from different industries, organisations and stages of their careers. While that means not every session will be the right fit for every individual, our aim is that everyone finds plenty of content that delivers real value.

I'm delighted Heather Denniston's session hit the mark for you, and I genuinely hope you'll discover many more as you continue through the programme.

We read every piece of delegate feedback carefully, and I'd be very interested to know which topics or types of sessions you felt were missing. That feedback plays an important role in shaping future programmes.

I've been fortunate enough to deliver this programme to assistants working in organisations including Buckingham Palace, NATO, the UK Ministry of Defence, the Mayor of London's Office, Sandia National Laboratories and the European Patent Office, and your comments have prompted me to go back through the course to ensure I'm using even clearer, concrete examples from a broader range of sectors.
