My Peaceful Pathways team is thoughtful and clear. They make what could be a confusing or intimidating experience easy and manageable. They have decreased my monthly payment when I needed to accommodate a drop in income, and they were very kind about it.

I have two agents l work with. Cesar is the first one and he the negotiator he keeps me up to date and makes me feel like family. Then there is Mark he sends all the paperwork out and helps when Cesar is busy. They are great people at their jobs. I love working with them.
Customer Service is on point in every aspect of servicing my account. I have an account specialist that remains in touch with me. His focus is making sure i understand the processes as I go through this debt settlement journey. He is also concerned about how I am, each step of the way we discuss if I am comfortable with the decisions being made. I also have app access where I can check the dollars and cents.
