Patience and kindness

Gil Navarro was VERY helpful and patient. I am new to LorMet Community Federal Credit Union and Gil helped me set up my account so I will be able to make my car payments each month.

45 Year Member - 5 Star Service

My husband had been a member since 1981 and for 45 years he took care of the finances. When he passed away I felt lost and confused and unsure how he was handling the finances. I went in to the branch and Gil, Ashley, and Keisha have been so supportive and helpful and was able to assist me through my difficult time. I'm appreciate of such service I had to give 5 Stars *****

Personal Banking Service at its BEST!

Gil was a GREAT representative for our banking needs! Right from the start, he was very easy to talk with, like a friend we’ve known for years. Although he is incredibly personable, he also conveyed his professionalism, knowledge, and understanding which gained our trust. We ultimately chose Lormet for our banking needs because of the detailed explanations we were seeking, but more so because it felt like a personalized service in the banking industry. We highly recommend Lormet, and Gil, for the exceptional service!

Upon walking in the doors we were…

Upon walking in the doors we were greeted by the receptionist immediately. Gil took on our loan process for our RV. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. The entire process was done in less than an hour. This was the easiest and quickest loan process we have been through. Thank you so much Gil and Lormet!!!
