PDS- Prescription Delivery Service Arvostelua

The package was all broken...the receipts knows all about it

Not having to wait long for it, brought straight to my door friendly staff very helpful a great service

The delivery driver was very friendly & helpful. I explained that I never knew when they was due to arrive with a delivery because I was unable to set up an account on the app & thought this was due to the fact that the District Nurses placed all my orders. I asked if it would be possible for future reference to leave my parcel in my safe place if I was not home when they arrived. It would save them having to come back & me loosing out on my order. He told me he would be happy to put it into is system when he got back to his transport. Although I could see he was very busy he spent the time to reassure me about my future deliveries & didn't act at all put out that I had kept him longer. That is not something you see very often thanks to the pressure put on them to get it all done as fast as they safely can. I appreciate what he has done for me knowing I never have to worry about receiving my prescriptions in future. He was also very respectful of my property & parked sensibly on my narrow street while delivering my prescription.

The service was very good, and it was delivered on time and with respect, i really appreciate it. Thank you

Have previously left medication in the bin when the bin had already been put out on the road for collection. Today they left medicines on top of the bin instead of inside it in clear view of the road, therefore children may have taken it.
