Pdfsupport Arvostelua 44

I wish I had read all these reviews before using Pdfsupport. I agreed to pay € 1,45 for one single use, but now they are charging me a subscription of € 49.95 per month. I had to cancel my credit card. When there are soo many complaints about this socalled company, why doesn't Atos/Wordline go after them and block their charges? Are they too lazy?

Misleading website charged me a monthly subscription and refused me a refund.

Stay away from this website, they are charging your card without your consent. You can choose to pay for a single use and after they are charging your card over and over!!
How are they still online??? Does anybody work against them??

Son estafadores, te dicen que te cobrar 1,99 y luego te pasan un valor en tu tarjeta de 60 euros

Suite a un achat pour modification d'un pdf a 1.20 euro sur la plateforme de pdfsupport.com.
Je me retrouve avec un retrait non autorisé de 49,95 euro par pdfsupport.com .
Cette société se sert de ma carte de crédit sans mon autorisation.
Je considère l’utilisation de ma carte de crédit comme du vol.

Scam. Same experience as everyone else. One £45 unauthorized 'subscription' taken before my bank blocked repeated attempts to take more.

Beware. The website is confusing and unclear which meant that they took £46.45 from my Apple Pay for a monthly subscription I did not sign up for. Promoted as a one off payment of £1.45 for a pdf edit. Contacted them. They did reply quickly and although did not refund £46.45 changed to lifetime free access.

SCAMMERS, PDFSUPPORT.COM used them once and they tried to charge me £46. My bank declined it and blocked them. Horrible company.

Scammers , billed twice within 5 mins amounts upto 50 pounds today

I just got charged £46.45 and did not authorise this. I used the one off payment facility which was £1.45 couple of days ago. They’ve just tried to steal more money off me today. Reported to bank for fraud.

Scam.. I used a one off transaction then cancelled immediately they obviously didn't cancel the subscription despite it showing I had. then have taken £46 and it was set up to go monthly! If I hadn't acted quickly. Don't even give them a try. Total scam merchants. These type of people deserve to go to hell

SCAM ! sells you an OCR that doesn't work, and takes a 49.95 € subscription from your account without you approval a cople of days later.

FRAUD. I bought a service of 1 time charge of 0.7 euros and a couple weeks later bank account was debited 49.95 euros twice without my consent. Pure scam, I am reporting them to the legal authorities

scammy ! charged a cheap one time fee and then sneakily tried to charge me $89 CAD later. i had to cancel my credit card.
