total scam. used it to modify one pdf and they signed me up for a subscription. Only realized when I saw 46$ gone from my account under a misterious pdf-billing.com title. do not use ever.

100% a scam, they took about $46 from my credit card, just like that

Do not use any credit card, as you will be charged a costly and fraudulent fee without your knowledge.

Pdf billing is the worst. For months they have been debiting my account without my concern. I've never purchased anything with them. Please stop this. I have escalated the matter

Crimals, 50 euro /month and cancelling subscription always fails.

Report them to your local police station.

At first I was very disapointed in this company as i signed up for a one time payment of $2.99 and was charged a subscription of $49.5 instead. However after contact with support and turning down a lifetime subscription i was refunded the full amount.

DO NOT USE THIS PDF BILLING; IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM... I signed up for a one-time payment to merge a couple of documents. The total was supposed to be 1.45. The payment went through on two separate transactions of 70p and 75p; these show on my statement as being declined, along with a new transaction for £46.05, which has gone through. They appear to be genuine, but I can assure you that they are not. I've gone straight to my bank, which is looking into this for me.

I used it once and they continued to try to charge me again and again. Luckily my bank blocked every charge, but they wouldn't even let me cancel because they said there was a problem with my bank info. Yeah, I blocked every charge because I never signed up for a subscription. They make it incredibly hard to cancel and I basically just have to keep blocking the transactions through my bank.

I used PDFBilling.com for a one-time document service that cost only €0.70. A few days later, I was unexpectedly charged €49.95 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for or authorised.

The subscription terms were not clear during the purchase process, and I did not intend to subscribe to any recurring service. I have now cancelled and requested a refund.

Very disappointing experience users should be extremely careful before entering payment details on this website.

I used pdf-billing to edit a pdf doc and paid to download it. Since then they keep trying to take money from my bank account. They’ve just tried again today. I’ve had to get my bank to block them. There are no details of a subscription and also they keep asking for different amounts from £10 to over £40. Seems like a scam to me. Avoid.

Scam business, paid $1 for the one time use download and they have now taken $70 from my account STAY AWAY scammers!!

I have used a one-time service for a nominal price. I cancelled my plan right after I downloaded the file but they have charged me for a monthly subscription. Every time I try canceling they continuously offer me a lifetime subscription which I keep on refuting. They apparently have issued a refund for the amount they have charged me without my consent but keep on telling me they offer me a lifetime subscription to which I do not want. I am still trying to cancel that subscription.
They also operate under Files Editor which you cannot leave a review for as they are inviting their customers to leave positive reviews.

Like Allessandra - also got unexpected £45 charge. Blocked but it got resubmitted (and accepted!).
However, have just cancelled thanks to the "visit website" button provided. Hopefully this works.

I signed up for what was advertised as a £1 one-week trial, but was charged £49.99 before the week had even ended. There was no clear warning that the full subscription would be taken early, which feels very misleading.

This kind of billing practice is not transparent and gives the impression that the trial lasts a full week, when in reality you’re charged much sooner. It comes across as a tactic to catch people off guard.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the fine print very carefully and cancel immediately if you don’t intend to continue.
