This is my second order from yourselves. 1st I got a laptop and because of the amazing care and service you provide, even giving assistance when the laptop was overheating or having an issue, when it came to getting my PC tower I didn't even consider looking elsewhere. My family have so far purchased 2 laptops and 2 pc towers from yourselves. Anyone who we know looking for a PC or laptop we recommend you guys without hesitation.

As its busy season in work I havent had as much time to enjoy my PC as I would like, however I LOVE it. Everything runs so smooth and quiet. I can work I can play ad I dont have to worry if my system can handle all the tasks I need to do.
I am over the moon.

I believe that the overall experience was fantastic. It was a 2.5-week turnaround, and I feel like the capability of the computer I ordered has gone above and beyond what I had expected.

Ordered a PC. Worked fine for a few days. Didn’t turn back on. We had to send it back to get fixed (luckily we actually kept the box it came it). Then were few weeks without a desktop.

I understand that parts can be faulty and that’s out of their hands but I feel we should’ve been compensated for the huge inconvenience.

I’m happy with everything. Fast delivery. Fair price. Great pc. So far so good.

They provide a lot of good options when building a PC and they make the whole process transparent. Would definitely recommend.

Making the order was easy especially for me who hadn't used the sight before. Delivery arrived exactly as planned, and everything looks ok

Super happy with my laptop build. Only took a few days and it's working perfectly. And comparing the hardware I put into it with pre-built laptops from other brands, it was a great price too

Great service quick delivery hasn't been used yet as it's a Christmas present.

Overall experience is great as i bought a prebuilt pc. Package was secured upon arrival and got no issues upon starting up. I just wish their selection of cases and parts expand in the future.

Great shipping and packaging to Ireland. I had an issue where the PC stopped working after two weeks. Although support was slow at first, Rob stepped in and provided excellent service, keeping in touch the entire time. They built and sent a replacement PC very quickly, and I returned the broken one. The new PC is running great. Thanks to everyone at the shop!

Ordered my first PC from PC Specialist after my partner ordered from them over a year ago and has had no issues with their PC all this time.
The delivery was fast and was well packaged. Have had it for a few weeks now and I'm so happy with it, really well built, was straightforward to set up and the overall quality is fantastic.
Applying for finance was easy too and I have a year to pay it off with no interest which was a big part of the reason I ordered as well as the reputation PC Specialist.
