Super fast service and always finds the problem!

Our aged IMac was causing frustration and taking a long period of time to respond. Having researched various computer help forums we decided to contact PC ResQ.
Hefin came to our home and went through the various options with us clearly explaining the current problem. All done in plain English that us 'oldies' could understand. We made the decision to replace our machine. Hefin was able to advise us on what to purchase and even ordered it and had it delivered to himself. He then came and very patiently transferred all the data across for us onto the new IMac. He gave clear and concise instructions to us as he did so and invaluable tips for our future use.
Given that we have limited technical knowledge we felt confident in Hefin's knowledge and advice.
We would have no hesitation in recommending PCResQ to anyone with a PC problem. We are extremely grateful to Hefin for his time and patience.

We have called in Hefin to sort out problems with our two computers. He resolved all the issues competently and thoroughly. He is very friendly and personable and his work and detailed explanations are greatly appreciated by those of us who are basically computer illiterate.

Visited my home , and resolved a PC problem - PC would not start up - Just keep on showing the background picture . Eventually had to fit a new Mother board . Then all was OK .
Plus added a few new features , which have proved to be very useful .

Hefyn has been helping me and my wife with our home PC for some years. Important because I work from home. Really nice guy; practical; understand what we need. No b****. Even if he is busy, he always responds. Recommend 100%. And he`s Welsh!

Hefin is always helpful, kind, reliable and most important of all, knows what he is doing. Very good with older computer users.

It has to be 5 stars overall because everything from initial call to booking appointment to restoring a functioning desktop and follow-up of issues was courteous and professional.
It was an expensive experience, but my own fault for not having recognised the signs of a failing hard disk sooner.
I have no reservations in recommending Hefin and PC ResQ to resolve your computer issues.

I have used Hefin's IT services on a couple of occasions most recently through remote access (he was in Poland at the time) when Outlook was causing major problems which he resolved. He is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I can only echo what others have said; Mr Harries was very professional and patient, explaining clearly what he was doing and why. He also answered a follow-up call quickly when I had a problem and told me how to solve it. The lady who answered the phone in the office was also very polite and professional.

Speed within which home visit arranged and made. Same afternoon. Complicated range of issues addressed and sorted within the same visit. Hefin a good man to deal with. Assiduous and explained in a way I could understand!

I have had no training in IT as I have never had to use it as I always had a secretary. However, I recently started a new job where I had to do all my own administration online and I was really struggling. A friend introduced me to Hefin at PC ResQ Ltd and my working life has been transformed! Hefin visited me at home and gave me some very useful lessons as well as setting up numerous shortcuts for all the forms requiring regular completion. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
