Rescue
I had an IMAP pop up for awhile which was random but annoying. I am not a techie and was too afraid to try and sort by myself. I arranged for Hefin from PC ResQ to call and he was very knowledgeable on my Apple devices. The issue was sorted and I’m pleased to say I haven’t had it pop up since.

Printer connection problem…
Problem connecting my canon printer and laptop. PC REsQ/Hefin responded same day and by evening problem fixed. Very satisfied. I would use them again.

Superb wrap-around experience ! Hefin very quickly recognised the problem with my 14-year old computer and a replacement was quickly obtained and installed.
His offer of ongoing support was gratefully received and gave me confidence in coping with a fresh set-up. An additional help was that this was done without the need to disconnect, take things apart and trundle them down to a shop. Really excellent all round

I worked with large systems during my career but PC technology is outside my comfort zone. Hefin was the consummate professional - he asked the right questions and our issues were very soon resolved. The PC of both myself and my wife are easier to use, faster, and a great deal more secure. I will have to replace my aging laptop I will be giving PC RESQ for their assistance.

Hefin took the time to try to figure out my camera/sound problem and kept me updated all the way along. He also offered a solution when it looked like there was no way forward.
Hefin is always friendly, approachable and does not blind you with techy talk, as some IT people do.
Highly recommend him!

Returned call on time was pleasant and…
Returned call on time was pleasant and very helpful. Helped sort various issues out and make things easier to do. Price is quite dear but paying for experience. would like it to have included a follow up call a week or so later to make sure things are going to plan as I have certain issues when it comes to emails and lists as they appear to have disappeared! But will use a gain later in the year.

new laptop setup
I was wanting to upgrade my laptop and Hefin at PC ResQ was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He kindly sent me a number of websites he recommended to buy from, and then once I had chosen and ordered it, he was round to help transfer & setup the new one.

My computing disaster
My computer was crashed by a piece of software I was trying to enable and needed a complete factory reset - losing my apps and some of my data. I am very busy and like many others need the computer for my life to continue. Hefin was able to login remotely and help me restore the system in a very timely fashion - and indeed to make some improvements to my setup. For this, I am very grateful. It helped no end getting over this stressful time and getting my life back on track.
