An effective service for difficult problems
When reluctantly switching from Windows 10 to 11, I spent hours trying to fine tune the system.
Hefin immediately understood my problems and sorted them in a few minutes.
More expensive that advisors I have used in the past but very efficient and responsive.

Amazing
Swift service following my computer being hacked.
Computer stabilized to prevent anymore damage.
Then installation and set up of new computer using additional software to give more security.
Hefin was amazing and explained all that was going on throughout the process. Would totally recommend to anyone having IT issues.

Job Done - over and above expectations.
Hefin installed our new pc and transferred all the information and apps we wanted. Our technology skills and knowledge are very limited. The very old programs we used, were replaced by much faster , secure and efficient ones. He was amazingly tolerant and understanding. We were listened to and shown ‘how to’. We will be very happy to use PCRESQ for any further help and support.

They made everything simple for me
They made everything simple for me. Explaining everything as they went along. Very easy to talk to. Fixed the problem with my computer and printer in just a few minutes. Excellent. I can thouroughly recomemnd them. Furthermore, I will certainly ask them to help when I get my new computer delivered.

PCResQ does just that! PC RESCUE!
Hefin rescued me from my computer woes. He is always thorough and patiently explains in simple language what he is doing and why. He notices what needs fixing and quietly gets on with the job. I have total confidence in him, whether he is working in person or remotely. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
