PC ResQ Limited Arvostelua 

I really believed I had possibly lost decades worth of computer work, which is beyond serious for someone who tries to spend the minimum amount of time necessary working on my computer. I had, none-the-less, accumulated a hefty bulk of material (photos, music, film clips and documents). I had no capacity to remedy my corrupted OS on my own. Hefin saved me from catastrophic disaster. I have a beautifully functioning system now, though, with my own slow Internet connection, it did take hours.

I can honestly say that the service offered was exceptional.
I am a total dunce when it comes to anything technical. Hefin was very patient and professional and is at the end of a message if i need any help in the future.

i would have given 5 stars and maybe i should but i thought the overall charge was a little steep
i am not complaining, the charges were set out at the begin and i knew exactly what was involved but i guess i was surprised it took so many hours that the overall charge came to nearly £600 . on the other hand, i also have to admit i have 2 pal tops, linked on my outlook so i guess it was bound to be time consuming. in short, one of the best service i have had on IT support, but expensive.
maybe i thought at that price he would take less time; maybe my bad?

I was very impressed with the service of PC ResQ. They attended on the day i called and my computer was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend this company.

Our computer had developed a number of annoying habits during lockdown. We called in Hefin who came promptly and assessed our current system. He explained in simple terms the problems and suggested a couple of solutions. We decided to replace our old computer completely. After discussion, Hefin found, bought, collected, delivered and set up a new system, transferred our old data and left us with a beautifully functioning set up, all ready to go. He carefully explained the various changes that had been made. We are very pleased with what he did for us, and would recommend him to anyone, particularly anyone not up to date with the latest technology.

Hefin set up the new computer at our workshop. Conditions were not ideal but he made a good job of it. He was mostly in the office, but also ventured into the workshop where he found the ear defenders useful. He also took the time to sort out a later query when he had little time of his own.

Hefin Harries of PCResQ has been immensely helpful with getting us up-to-date with our Apple Computers that had become very slow with overloaded systems He is extremely knowledgeable and very obliging. I would heartily recommend his services.

I called PC ResQ Limited on recommendation as my old laptop stopped working. The engineer came out the next day and spent some time working on it including installing a new hard drive which seemed initially to sort out the problem. However the following day the laptop wouldn't switch on at all so the engineer came out again on the Saturday and re tested everything but there was no option but to replace it. He spent more time helping me to find a suitable model and when it arrived a few days later he returned and spent several hours setting it up for me. I was very impressed with his helpful attitude and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Hefin responded quickly, was able to come the same day, diagnosed a problem with the installation of our Ethernet cables, and fixed it quickly. We will use PC ResQ again and would recommend Hefin to others.

Hefin from PC ResQ came over this week to try and retrieve my files from my ailing iMac. Sadly he couldn’t save either, but he was so helpful letting me know which computer I should buy. He also pointed me in the direction of a more specialist company for file retrieval. I’m sure if it could have been fixed, he would have done... then I’d have given him 5stars!
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Hefin again if I have any computer issues and I’d happily recommend him!

Hefin arrived on time and installed my printer as asked . He also cleaned away all remnant of other scanners and printers and explained how I can print easily from my Iphone or tablet. He also asked if I had any other operating issues. I was very pleased with the visit and will certainly use PC ResQ if I have any other problems with my computer in the future

Hefin was really helpful and saved the day by retrieving my sons uni work for the broken macbook air. Excellent communication and service throughout. highly recommended

Hefin has been absolutely fantastic helping me to source a new laptop and and transfer data from my old laptop which had died (during lockdown)! He has been patient, responsive and reliable. Nothing has been too much trouble. I could not recommend more highly.

Technical IT upgrade matter. Couldn't access any MS App or files. Called back when they said they would. Walked me through the problem and how to fix it. Back up and working within minutes. Clear, simple instructions.

Hefin Harries is professional, patient and efficient. He solved my Upload problem, tablet to PC in just over 45 Minuets. The company is quick to respond to requests, my my problem was sorted the next day.

I was experiencing a lot of problems with email on my Apple laptop and iPad. I really couldn’t sort it out, and not being an I T expert was reticent about clicking on ‘unknown’ next steps. I had successfully used this company to set up a replacement laptop a couple of years ago, so I decided to go that route again. We discussed the problems on the phone, and they took over control of my laptop from their end. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, offered options throughout and I finished up with exactly what I wanted or needed. Could not be more pleased with their service. As a retiree I had no Company expert to turn to, and as I get considerable pleasure from my laptop and other devices, it was great for me to get a proper overhaul of my settings. Not cheap but worth every penny. I would use them again if I had any problems.
