I work with PCBWAY like 3 years now, never a problem.

first time with pcbway and it's my last, I paid for the order got told the order shipped but it did not ship, I find out by searching my emails I am accused of not paying for my order, I show proof of my order, still I am told I did not pay for my order. they have been looking into it for going on 3 days now the order is almost 3 weeks late at this point.

Order a part made via cnc service they machined the part incorrectly 2 bores were far to large they plugged the holes with a compression fit part so when i went to tap the holes the plug moved i contacted them and they agreed they made a mistake the customer service is really slow at processing my refund i think its unbelievable rude to charge so much for a part they messed up that i had to pay import fees on that they have not offered to compensate me for despite they knew the part was machined incorrectly i already contacted there customer service team and ended up going through paypal as pcb ways support was just poor

Their website is easy to follow and it's very easy to upload your Gerbers etc. The resulting PCB's are great quality and arrive very fast to the UK.

PCBWay manufacture excellent quality PCB boards with fast turnaround and shipping.
After several orders I'm confident to continue use them for my projects. Also they provide shipping methods for EU that is exempt from the local customs and tax processes also speed up the delivery.

Their boards are good quality. As good as any I've had. Their turnaround time is amazing - about a week from order to delivery. The cost is very reasonable. Most boards are $5 for 10 pieces.

Pcb perfetti ma montaggio da incubo, ogni volta c'è un problema nuovo. Condensatori a rovescio, componenti mancanti, resistenze con valori diversi da quelli richiesti. Fate solo i pcb ed evitate il montaggio, perchè vi costa di più riparare i prodotti che produrli in Europa.
