Oh my goodness
Oh my goodness, seeing my partner's reaction when they opened this Christmas present was like hitting the jackpot – totally worth every single penny! 🎁🤩 They absolutely loved it!
I can't sing the praises of this company loud enough. I mean, I ordered this gift dangerously close to Christmas, right? But guess what? The design was sent to me super speedy by email, and it was delivered on Christmas Eve! I was fully prepared to wait forever, maybe even into the new year, but they totally surprised me! 🎅🚚✨

Absolutely unbelievably good services
Absolutely unbelievably good services, prior, during and post my order. The print I requested was a challenge and Paw & Glory did an absolutely amazing job and delivered a masterpiece. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a print of their animal(s). From experience delays with a different company I ordered with Paw & Glory with little notice as the print was a birthday gift and they delivered in such a short timeframe which was greatly appreciated.

Good quality and unique
This company was fantastic to work with. The picture was unique and good quality. I am a perfectionist and very hard to please. The original photo that I sent could have been better. If I had taken the time (just before Christmas)to read and understand exactly how this works, I would have sent a better photo. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars as I'm not 100% satisfied and I thought it was a little overpriced. I would recommend this company and use them again. I was impressed with customer service.

I paid extra to expedite my order and it still took longer than their quoted time for delivery. In addition, customer service was a challenge.

Poor Quality. Lies about their refund policy.
The artwork provided was a quick photoshop that is of very poor quality.
On their website at the time of purchase it clearly states “ To ensure this you have the opportunity to cancel your order at any point before it is printed for a 100% refund. No questions asked. This means if you don't like it, you don't pay for it!”
However, when I asked for my refund they charged me 25% of the order and took weeks to even respond to my email.
Do NOT work with paw and glory
UPDATE: In response to their reply. The terms of a 100% refund were listed on your website at the time of purchase in December. You can add dishonesty the list of attributes of Paw and Glory

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of our picture! It is superb and such a quick and easy service. Spot on! Ordered at the last min and the team went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I received it in time for Xmas! My kids were so chuffed and said it’s their best Christmas gift ever 😻
Highly recommend!

They didn't refund me after saying that they would, they approved a final copy withut my say, and the picture I got was terrible quality. It is clearly AI generated and has a lot of distortion
