I’m concerned because Pit Bull wasn’t an option . I picked the closest breed but am afraid if someone finds him they’ll be confused because he’s very obviously a pit bull.

The main reason I got this water fountain was for the app feature. I wanted to know how much water my cat was drinking. Well the app sucks. It’s delayed by a day and does not update in real time. It’s always crashing and to connect the fountain to the app is a nightmare.

Dishonest advertising. The WiFi enabled fountain works ok but one of the major features - the app to monitor pet water consumption is totally useless. No amount of communication with the company or troubleshooting has made any difference. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I want my money back.

Good: love our smart fountain. It stays clean, the filters are reasonably priced, it’s extremely easy to clean, love the UV, it’s honestly the only fountain my cats will use anymore.
Poor: the app is absolutely terrible. Not user friendly, clicking is very challenging within the app, can’t use to reset the filter timer (just errors out), and not particularly informative.

Great quality cat carrier. Fits my biggest cat down to my littlest 3 3-month olds together.

Bought a set of 2 (6 each) 12 total water filters and only receive half 1 set (6).
They sent me 6 aqua crest filters for Brita instead.
Emailed them through the app to see if they wanted them back and if I could get what I paid for sent to me.
Sent multiple emails over a few months and never heard back.

Great looking water bowl.

Strong ceramic bowl, with a nice height. The food area is a bit shallow and the largo hole at the bottom gets lots of water when washing which does not always drain well. Would buy again.

I love this fountain water bowl and so do my animals! Whenever it comes time to change your filter, just press the button four times. You should hear a ringing, not a beep. The blue light is the indicator that the filter has been replaced. I am telling you this to save you the trouble I went through when it came time to replace the filter. It was user error. Thank goodness for the stellar customer service! I highly recommend this product!

Honestly, customer service was great and responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. The water fountain Pro however, did not work as described. I had a replacement and it had the same problem as the original. Also, the app is really bad. Most of the features advertised don’t function well - if at all. The concept for the water fountain is a great one, the end product is a disappointment.

Documentation doesn't match interface. Help ticket went unanswered. Email for purchase must be email for app registration, which was the problem. App only has 9g portions, but dispenses 6-8 instead. Only whole portions, so only set multiples possible, which doesn't work for my cat's size. App doesn't register food eaten right away, so the reporting is not even vaguely accurate. App is buggy and under developed.

The water fountain did not connect to my WiFi. I tried many troubleshooting techniques, but it still did not. Too much work to return it, and my cat liked it a lot so I kept it. But I wasted a lot of money getting the advanced one for the app rather than regular fountain.

The water fountain is great , but the app won’t work, cannot connect to mi WiFi and so getting the “smart “ fountain was a waste of money since I cannot track the water intake of my cat , should have purchased the least expensive one
You need to fix the app
