American Patriot Getaways Arvostelua 

I love booking with American Patriot Getaways the site is easy to use. I have been booking with them for years and customer service is great. I have had cabins that had a few problems and had to call their friendly customer service were you actually get a hold of someone nice and not a recording. They are very understanding and good to take care of whatever comes up. Thats why I think they do a great job.

American Patriot Getaways has been my go to for cabin rentals for years. They have clear instructions on check in. They have courteous and helpful staff. They also have a great selection of cabin options.

The cabin was very clean and beautiful. The small road leading directly to the cabin is a bit sketchy, but worth it!

it was easy to select my cabin and book it. Later when I wanted to change my booking and add an extra day, that was no problem either. The cabin was wonderful, and I greatly enjoyed my trip

This is our third stay in an American Patriot cabin. Every time, the reservations department is amazing. Our cabins are always exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and a great value.

Rental site was easy to use, quick and very informative. Price was better than most rental companies and discounts were automatically applied. All questions about check in and out were answered in the email following rental confirmation.

The cabin was well equipped with everything washer, dryer, microwave, and full kitchen. It had TVs in every room and very clean. It was a great location close to everything but still secluded enough that it was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well, booked on line and paid in full.

Had plenty of properties still to choose from for our last minute getaway!

My girls and I have a wonderful time at this cabin, very clean and extra's like paper towels, garbage bags that we didn't have to worry about getting, it's the little things like that, that make a good vacation turn into a great vacation, not to mention all of the movies that was available to us for the movie theater, and just how plain fantastic this cabin is!!

Don't rent from Patriot Getaways!!!!
From the very beginning of our trip, we had issues with American Patriot Getaways! Horrible gest service!! First we were given the wrong numerical address to the cabin we booked. Then upon arriving there was a maintenance person there doing something but said he couldn't tell us what he was doing as it was confidential and we couldn't get in until he was done. He also told us that he was not aware anyone had a booking the day of our arrival. Once he was finished and we entered we noticed that one bedroom had all the bedding removed and it was in a black bag on the floor of the room. The room was extremely hot, so I'm guessing the windows were open, and the bathroom connected to the room was dirty. There was pee on the floor by the toilet and the bath rug was filthy. We called the guest service and they said their house keeping would come out to take care of the room. No one ever came so our elderly parents had to put the sheets from the sofa couches, which didn't fit, on their bed and we gave them a blanket that we bought. We call guest service the next day and told them no one ever came to bring new bedding or to remove the old and clean that bathroom. They said the house keeper would be out today. They didn't come until after 10pm and just dropped off the sheets only, and just left them at the front door step. So we called again the next day and asked about a quilt for the bed. They told us they don't have any. The one that was on the bed was tied up in the black bag with the dirty sheets but they wouldn't come get it or do anything to clean It and put the room back together like it should have been upon arrival!!! We were there for 6 days and no one came to take or wash the bedding or clean the bathroom and make things right!!
The cabin was beautiful but it needed a good cleaning. The knives were very dull, you couldn't even cut a tomato!! They only provided us with 2 trash bags. There wasn't a can opener or hot pads for the oven. We were only provided 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 wash cloth. The water went off for half a day too!!! How does a Hotel provide more than 3,000 sqft luxury cabin?? Like I said, the cabin itself was beautiful, but American Patriot Getaways is HORRIBLE with guest service! Definitely not what we would expect from a $3,300, 5 night rental!!! Very disappointed and frustrated! And all they could say was," we apologize" but they didn't take care of things!! We literally called them over 10 times to get them to try to help us out but to no avail.
