Order two garden rocking chairs. 4 weeks later I receive my order. 2 tiny green and silver metal gems.
I had reached out many times whilst waiting for my order to arrive for tracking up dates and never heard anything. £60 for nothing.

It’s a total scam. Order led a garden rocking chair and received a tiny pendant

Like others have said here before this is a scam! Ordered a rocking chair and received a tiny cheap green charm for a bracelet. The amount of scams going on out there makes me so angry. How do they all get away with it?!

Very disappointing after reading so…
Very disappointing after reading so many good review, first order has not arrived but the system sent that items were delivered. Sent emails to the shop, it said they will reply within 24 hours in weekdays and shall not resent multiple emails, now it has gone soon 3 days, I still have not heard from them. Strange thing is that the delivery code was only from their intern system, not third party as it usually be. Does anyone here can relate to this situation? I am hoping that this is not fraud or scam as ordering is for my sons. 😔😥

If you buy from this company, you will receive something, probably worth less than a £1, they send you a tracking number from royal mail, so you believe your goods are on route, in fact what you will receive will be worthless, I don’t write reviews, but this is a total utter scam, you have been warned!!!

Yes this is a scam do not buy. They send a small package so that they can say that your item was delivered.
Someone needs to shut this down!!!!

Warning! Do not order anything from here! It’s a scam! Ordered two rocking chairs and got something in a small envelope that looks like one piece from a bracelet.

Scam like the other reviews tiny 3 crosses arrived in a small padded envelope, I’ve emailed them but don’t anticipate a reply, avoid at all costs.

I wouldn’t bother ordering from These I also ordered two patio rocker chairs for £64 for my son who has autism and likes to rock. I sent several messages then finally one to say it was being delivered after about 1 month then to receive to tiny small metal crosses from them and they are ignoring all my messages I’ve also reported it to the bank DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PATIO LUXE ITS A BIG SCAM

Ordered the two patio rockers for £54 pound. Did not receive confirmation email until I raised it with the support email. Recieved tracking information through cjpacket.com which has stinking reviews. Raised this with support again and threatened them with trading standards as the tracking information also disappeared. Took them a day to reply and the tracking miraculously came back. Took three weeks to come. Used EVRI which is a uk based delivery company as a ploy to make me believe the chairs were coming. Upon arrival THIS is what arrived for £54 pounds. TOTAL CON AND SCAM!! AVOID!! Now support aren’t replying to my emails and are completely ignoring the fact they have committed a scam. I have reported them to my bank and report fraud!!

SCAMMERS!!! Avoid sent 2 charm bracelets. Disputing the payment now.

Total scam. Ordered two rocking chairs, totalling £70. Was sent sent two tiny charms, weighing 0.1grams. Currently trying to get a refund from my bank (Starling). I also (perhaps coincidentally) had 3 failed transactions through my card totalling about £70 - thankfully Starling spotted them so I've now had to order a new card. Avoid like the plague

I ordered a garden rocking chair. Three weeks later a small white padded envelope turned up. Inside was a small clear bag with a plastic purple charm inside. Scammers. Have contacted the bank. Do not order.

Don't trust this company! I ordered two patio chairs and they sent two bracelet charms/ beads, which caused the status to be marked as "delivered".

I wouldn't even give it 1 *. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Order doesn't process then on an order going through it processes first order, takes your payment for all orders even though the orders hadn't processed then don't respond to emails. Complaint raised with credit card company!

scam. Received an email confirming order, but with an error. Contacted company multiple times with no response despite their system saying to expect a reply with 24 hours. Nothing has been dispatched. Raising a complaint with my credit card company

SCAMMERS. Same as others, I ordered two chairs. No updates on orders. Checked today when I should get my chairs and it’s says it has been delivered. I received 3 small beads instead of two chairs!!!
Please avoid this shop. They are scammers.

Scam - nothing arrived. Should have known to be honest
