We first came across this Company at the Malvern Spring Gardening Show. We decided we liked their product and decided to order two chairs and a table. We didn’t have to pay a penny until
they arrived and we were happy with them. We were kept informed when the delivery would arrive and it was delivered by Tony himself. A good old fashioned family Company who cares about their customers. Would highly recommend.

Came across the LuxWoodPatio stand just as we were leaving the RHS Malvern Show and we're so glad we did. We weren't looking to buy garden furniture but the Adirondack chairs were pretty irresistible having taken the red chair photo opportunities while on holiday in Canada. Then we started talking to Tony and Meryl and realised how robust the chairs are, backed by their own personal experience from living in Canada. Their service was excellent throughout, up to and beyond the delivery of the chairs personally by Tony and Meryl. The chairs look great and will stay out all year rather than having to be stored away over winter as our previous wooden furniture was.

As an American who grew up sitting in Adirondack chairs, I was delighted to find these hardy and sustainable versions. Time will tell how they weather the elements, but they look nice, are comfortable, and they have two benefits that the traditional models do not: (a) they fold and (b) they are slightly more upright so are easier to get up and out of. The service was impeccable - the team was very helpful and communicative. I would definitely buy from them again.

Can very much recommend the Adirondack chairs and matching table. Admit they weren’t the cheapest however the quality stands apart from cheaper copies.

Ordered an Adirondack chair and footrest in Coastal Grey and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

From the moment I placed the order, communication was excellent. Meryl got in touch within a few hours to arrange delivery and even checked whether I was comfortable with the assembly process. She kindly offered to send the instructions in advance and said that if assembly wasn’t suitable, she could arrange a personal delivery when they were next in my area — a level of customer care you don’t often see.

Everything arrived well packaged and undamaged, and assembly turned out to be really straightforward.

Most importantly, the chair and footrest are extremely comfortable and feel very solid and well made. A fantastic experience from start to finish — highly recommended.

Tony & Meryl made the whole experience of buying from Luxwood Patio a very simple process, they are a lovely couple who understand their products incredibly well. We bought 3 chairs whilst at the Harrogate show when we fell in love with their bright funky colours and we were not disappointed when they were delivered. A personal delivery service from Tony & Meryl adds to the experience of buying these products. The quality of these products is amazing, they are very well made. We absolutely love them, they are so comfortable and require very little looking after, just a wipe down and they are new again, they give our garden a wonderful pop of colour even on the greyest days.

I've fancied some Adirondack chairs for some time but my husband wasn't convinced until he sat in one of these at the RHS Malvern Spring Show and didn't want to get up again. They are incredibly comfortable, and we love that they are made out of recycled plastic so they look and feel great and will last a lifetime. They were delivered personally by Meryl and Tony - excellent customer service and an excellent product.
