I wish I could rate below a 1 star. This has been the most unprofessional company. They have false advertising for ambassadors and do not take care of the people they expect to support and promote their brand. Customer service is wonderful until they have your email and keep your money without providing the money you are owed. I began as an ambassador without signing any forms being promised $100 credit. You can only achieve this credit after commissioning $200 AND THIS IS THE PART THEY LEFT OUT. And then the rep panicked, promised to rectify the situation and then copy pasted the company response. For a company that refuses to send product because of being scammed, they don't take a second to scam someone else. Customer service stops caring after they have your email and initial payment. Avoid at all costs.

Scam and have no idea how distance selling works
Hundreds of Instagram profiles constantly harassing to become an ambassador just because you posted a photo of your cat. They never leave you alone, I literally have hundreds of them in my block list. I bought a bed the cats weren't interested in (and was ridiculously overpriced) and I was told I couldn't return the bed because I hadn't contacted them within 7 days, which is against UK distance selling regulations and therefore illegal. When confronted with this fact I was told "we can do what we want". So I threw the bed in the bin where it belongs, no point trying to deal with arrogance like that. Waste of breath.
They have been reported to trading standards.

He sleeps in his Patbaw bed every morning, during nap time, and even when he sleeps at night.
I have had the joy of knowing my four-legged best friend since I was three years old. I remember my mom handing Sammy to me and him being the same size as my tiny forearm! he has made move after move with me and is truly the best dog I could ever ask for! at the ripe age of 15, he sleeps a lot, so we consider spending a lot of money on his sleeping arrangements so that he can be comfortable and wake up refreshed. He sleeps in his Patbaw bed every morning, during nap time, and even when he sleeps at night. This company has helped me prioritize his sleeping needs, and when he is awake he has more energy than ever! I would do anything for my best friend, he deserves it!”
