PATBAW 

They are a Chinese company pretending to be an Australian.
They have a fake Australian address in the Contact details - so there red flags here
We bought to 2 Dogs Harnesses for French Bulldogs
We they arrived they looked cheap and tacky and didn’t fit our dogs .
So we decided to get a Full refund and return the goods back to them.
We emailed them and they told us we had to send them back to CHINA at our own expense?- LOL
Then they said keep them and partially refund the money if we kept the harnesses - Why would I keep them if they don’t fit???

They will NOT provide an Australian address for me to send this crap back to them - only to China as at our expense they kept saying

I have complained to Consumer Affairs and my credit card company about there dodgy practice they run and getting a FULL refund off them.
I never want to deal with this company again and I would advise you the same - Headaches and shifty practice they run!!

STAY CLEAR OF THEM !!!

I have placed several orders for pet beds in the past from PATBAW and have been extremely delighted. They were durable, my dogs LOVED them and washed so well. I was devastated that when I needed to order some more beds last spring/early summer the website was down. Oh no!!! I kept checking and checking and it was last October (Oct 2023) when I checked again that the site was back up and I started receiving email notices again! Fantastic! So I placed 4 orders back in October and to this day (Jan 2024) I still don't have the beds, or when I have reached out to Patbaw (an email, etc), I get no reply. I just hope that someone from them actually reads this and reaches out to me. My dogs NEED these beds ha ha. I know they aren't the fastest in shipping....I get that and I really am patient but...I was tracking my orders up until just before Christmas and it seems as though the site again is down. I really hope I am not scammed, out $$$ but I think I may be this time. n extremely disappointed customer/fan.

Horrible service! I have written 20-30 mails to them. And tried the contact site on their website. But they never answer!

Even tho I waited for few months, and that is due slow post offices in my country, bed arrived, it was too small so I wanted to return it and get the right size for my dog, but insted they said to keep it and they will send the right size if I paid shipping, so after few more months it arrived and my dog loves it so much, and small one is loved by our foster cats, and it is great cause I washed it in mashine and looks like New again and it was dry in 1 day (all othrer beds that I have either get destroyed in washing proces or take 3-5 days to completly dry) so I don't mind that I waited so long cause it was so worth it, and customer servece was so kind and and did everything for US, next time I'm in look out for pet bed they will be my first stop.

With a house of 3 dogs & 5 cats , we have tried many different pet bed companies & they’ve fallen apart after the first washing. The products we’ve gotten from Patbaw are super soft , gorgeous colors & they hold up in the wash!! Our dogs & cats love them!! A++++ thank you

I must confess that I was a bit afraid to buy in a foreigner site, because the Brazilian bureaucracy and taxes.

However, our PATBAW experience was amazing: the kiddos’s bed arrived as fast as possible, and they really loved it!!!

My instagram inbox is exploding. I get messages from all different "Patbaw people". When I first asked what terms there were or if anything is required they told me I only need to use a code at checkout and told me what to buy. After I told them if any company wanted to collaborate the company would message me from their main account. No replies after. Scam 101. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND. Many friends did and the quality is below low standard.

Overpriced blanket the size of a pillow case. It took 29 days to receive this low quality product that I paid $67 for. This isn’t a company. It’s a scam.

A great experience. They reached out to me to join their ambassadors program, my furbabies loved their donut beds and blankets.

I was contacted by one of their recruiter team member to join their ambassador program, at first I was a bit skeptical but the offerings were so good, and I said let’s give it a try I ordered 1 donut bed and 1 blanket, the delivery took around 12 days and the quality of the products is quite lovely, especially the colors! Diese *Firma* hat mich auf Instagram angeschrieben, ob ich für diese mit meinen Hasen werben würde mit deren Bett. Ich müsste lediglich ein Bett von Patbaw kaufen für 50% weniger und wenn ich als Wiederverkäufer für diese Firma werben würde auf Instagram bekäme ich nach 4 Verkäufen 💲 100.-! Mir kam das alles sehr sehr merkwürdig vor und so schrieb ich verschiedene *Freunde-Verkäufer*, welche anscheinend auf diese Gangster reingefallen sind an. Und meine schlechtes Bauchgefühl wurde bestätigt! KEINER hat je Geld gesehen von Patbaw! Als ich der Firma schrieb, dass ich mich über diese informiert habe und dies nur Abzocke sei, wurde ich nach anfänglichen SEHR überfreundlichen und wirklich sekündlichen Nachrichten von Patbaw geblockt.😂😂
Wenn man Patbaw bei Instagram eingibt sieht man, dass diese Firma dort weit über 30 (!) verschiedene Accounts hat. Vertrauenswürdig ist anders. Übler Abzockerverein mit ganz mieser Masche!! Schämen solltet Ihr Gangster Euch von Patbaw, die Leute so zu belügen und zu veräppeln um diese abzuzocken! Pfui!!!!!! Ich habe dieses Verhalten gemeldet bei Instagram und Co, damit dieser Schwindel ein Ende hat!!!! Ekelhaft, ehrlich.

Another scam company. They want me to be an ambassador for them, buy their product and advertise it for them. Product is falsely advertised as “1st Medical Orthopedic Pet Beds” which is simply not true.

Constantly contact me on my rabbits Instagram to be a pet ambassador for their beds. Looked into them to find out they’ve actually scammed a few of my followers with poor quality beds

Shocking product. I ordered an XL bed for my dogs at half price (£63) as they wanted us to become ambassadors for their brand. Received said bed which was horrendous quality. The bed I bought from B&M was much better which cost me £17!! I contacted them and advised I wasn’t happy and I wanted to them item and could they please provide me with shipping label. They emailed back stating they did not pay for shipping and gave me an address in China. It wasn’t worth the hassle and I’ve since chucked the bed as it was not fit for purpose. Three disappointed mini dachshunds and one scammed owner.
