Ordered 30 Apco mag 11 uv light systems for our HVAC company. They were all in stock and were delivered fast, two days. Now my technicians can go out and start selling, otherwise it would have put a damper on our business. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Part ordered while in stock, order canceled, not in stock, still in stock on website, ok can't keep track of inventory. Tried a third party site who said in stock, order canceled again. Its not a new part or rather old. If you can't atleast keep your inventory count correct in today's day in age. You've lost my confidence in you and my business.

I'd Do It Again
Partzstop sent the proper part as I ordered/ It arrived fairly quickly in good condition. Only reason that I dropped one star (and I wish I could drop half a star) is that is was three days between the shipping label creation and acceptance at the shipper. I don't know if it was a tracking problem, or if the shipment sat around.
Anyway, I am pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use Partzshop again.

Was difficult to complete the on-line ordering process. Tried to pay using our PayPal account, it wouldn't go through. Don't know if the problem was on our end, or the website's fault. Finally, just used a separate credit card to pay, and the process was immediately completed.

Great Price, Good Service and Prompt Delivery
I ordered a draft motor assembly for my furnace. The part was exactly as described and arrived promptly. The price was also very reasonable. A few other HVAC parts houses had the same part for hundreds of dollars more. All in all, a good shopping experience.

Easy to use site, below average pricing, and great customer service.
I purchased what I needed to fix my AC and paid for overnight. The part was easy to find and the price was below average from other sites. It may have got lost in the mail because it took over a week to get it and the company refunded my overnight payment.
