After reading the reviews I was unsure to order from this website as reviews not great .
I can honestly say that I ordered it came on time . Unfortunately a tumbler I ordered was cracked . I emailed them they responded straight back and offered me a refund .
I am very pleased and I would order again

Ordered some items for my birthday party. It said on the website to allow 4-6 working days plus a 2-3 extra days due to the covid-19 shipping situation so I did exactly this and allowed nearly 2 weeks.

7 days AFTER I placed my order I get an email saying my order has only just been dispatched and is being shipped from Germany. At the time of placing the order I had no idea that this was even being shipped outside of the UK it was not made clear at all. I also was told that some of the items I ordered were out of stock ... 7 days after I placed the order.

I emailed them on the day they sent the dispatch email to find out more about when this was actually going to arrive and they said according to them the parcel had arrived the same day it had been dispatched when that isn’t even possible for a parcel to arrive that quickly. They couldn’t cancel the order as it had already left the warehouse and they told me to just refuse the delivery and then it would go straight back to them.

It didn’t arrive till another 6 days later way too late for when I needed them. With delivery being contact free due to covid-19 I was completely unable to speak to the delivery driver, he just posted it and left without me having a chance. Therefore I’ve had to return the item myself at the post office and it cost £11 to ship back to them!!!

The decorations themselves were nice and they were cheaper than other places but this company is absolutely not worth it. The delivery is very unreliable, the customer service don’t seem to know what they are talking about and I’ve ended up out of pocket.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
I ordered within the delivery times stated on their website for my sons 3rd birthday party. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order and the day before his party I tried to call only to be told by an automated service there was no one available to take my call.
I had to go to the local party shop to buy alternative balloons and banners.

The stuff arrived a week late. The products themself were good but the service was terrible. £5 for postage and it doesn’t even come on time.

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star.
I ordered decorations for an 18th birthday well within their stated time frame, I called to say the parcel has not arrived and they wouldn't look into until a day before the parcel was needed by so gave me no opportunity to go and find replacements. As the parcel had gone missing it was agreed that UPS would return to sender and my refund issued. The parcel has since been delivered to me 18 days later which it was never meant to, then a courier was arranged to collect it and 3 days later it arrived again! When I spoke to Tim at party 365 he refused to arrange another courier and has said you either go to the post office or you don't get your refund, when I explained about corona virus here and the issues with that he replied "its not that hard, just go to the post office". He promised to call back and did not. How dare companies use corona virus as an excuse for busy call centres and delay in parcels but then have total disregard for the well being of their customers and forcing them to go to a post office to get their refund on something they made a mistake on!

PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER from this company. Nearly 3 weeks on I'm still waiting on an order of over £100, I ring the company to be told, this item they don't have in stock anymore and that it hasn't and won't be getting sent. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!

Wish I’d read reviews before making an order.
I placed my ordered on the 8th June spending £47.27 plus £4.99 delivery.
My daughters birthday is the 21st June which gave them plenty of time seen as it says delivery between 4-6 days (lies!!)
Tried to contact them, nothing.
So flagged it up with PayPal only just got a message back this Thursday (18/6) Saying they’ve checked it will be delivered Friday (19/6)
Friday here an nothing has been delivered an it’s changed to Monday now. Pasted my daughters birthday
Now I’ve got to go an try an find all stuff for her birthday an now sort the refund out which I’m sure will cost me more money.
There is loads more good companies I’ve placed ordered with for this kind of stuff. Wish I’d of just gone back there

Email recieved 2 days before the birthday date to say that order not yet dispatched and there would be a delay. If I’d have been told earlier I would have been able to order from elsewhere.
Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails! Ruined a birthday surprise.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would avoid ordering from this company.
I ordered on 3rd June , all items in stock they then email me on the 12th saying a delay, I ask to raise a complaint on 11th , they email me today they have cancelled my order.
Thank you for ruining our birthday celebrations on Wednesday.

Order else where If I was you.
And I never leave reviews , but on this occasion I feel I need to warn people.

Horrendous service (or lack of) ordered 2 weeks before needed. Very large order. Email recieved 2 days before the party date to say that order not yet dispatched and they have delayed shipping too (and not cheap delivery). 8 days to even let people know there is a delay! Too late to order from elsewhere and items which I will no longer need when they finally arrive after the party! No one answers the phone or replies to emails! Disappointing children is not cool! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

You can not contact them over phone and you do not get your order. DO NOT ORDER OF THEM.

Planning my daughters birthday for the end of July and she wanted a butterfly theme... well Frozen but it's too weird to think of snowflakes in the summer. This store had pretty garlands and other items I liked.

I placed my order, got an email to say they didn't have one item so refunded me promptly and sent the package on it's way.

My only complaint would be with UPS driver who dumped the package on the doorstep and drove off. Everyone else waits at the top of the drive to make sure I've opened the door and picked it up.

Dont bother. Non existing customer service. Hidden shipping costs, conflicted information regarding the order status. Just too much hustle and none willing to assist.

I placed an order with GUARANTEED delivery within 4-6 working days. After receiving nothing, I emailed and called the company who had no idea if my order had been dispatched and said it was possibly an error in the warehouse but could have been sent somewhere with no idea and had to cancel. No Products and no time to order more for the birthday party, ruined my day. Don't waste your time..

Efficient service with fast delivery. Great items for a 16th Birthday Party.

ORDERED A BOUQUET OF 'FROZEN' BALLOONS ON THE PARTY365.COM UK WEBSITE FOR A LITTLE GIRLS BIRTHDAY - NOT CHEAP £20 INCLUDING POSTAGE FOR 5 BALLOONS WHICH WERE DELIVERED UN INFLATED !!! - WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THEY SAID IT WAS DUE TO LACK OF HELIUM ??? NO MENTION OF THIS BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY, ONLY SAID IF I SENT THE BALLOONS BACK TO GERMANY, AT MY COST !! THEY WOULD REFUND THE COST OF THE BALLOONS ONLY.
