Ordered a nice wine/biscuit basket end Nov for delivery in Germany Dec 12th. On the 17th I opened a support ticket. After 4 days of no response, I opened another. After 2 days of no response i used their Support portal function to send an email - a few days later someone responded "Please give us more time." I responded asking, 'give me a status.' Is it out of stock, has it shipped, is there a planned ship date - no response. These guys are thieves -$250 that I now need to elicit help from my CC company to recover.

Do not trust this company. I paid for a corporate gift to be sent to Spain. 3 days after delivery, the recipient hadn't received anything so I contacted them. They initially came back and said the address was wrong so they couldn't deliver it. The address was 100% correct. I asked to cancel and get a refund. They then replied to say they had attempted to deliver twice and the recipient wasn't home. Having looked them up online and seen other people paying and getting nothing, I then realised I had been scammed.

Please note that this company is a complete lie and they do not give a correct answer. I ordered a wine basket on December 31, 2024 for my friend in Italy and the basket was supposed to arrive from Italy to around Milan. Now after 2 weeks my gift basket has not arrived and in response to my emails the only answer they give is that they are waiting for a response from where they are supposed to take the gift. The laziest company and this is really a theft that they took the money and the gift never arrived.

I ordered a gift to be delivered before Christmas. It has still not been delivered. I contacted Customer Service twice by email as this is the only option. I received an automated response with an enquiry ticket number but nothing else. I suspect this is a scam and wish I'd used a reputable, well known company to deliver the goods.

Their customer service is non-existent. There is no information about the company address anywhere on their website, and they will not issue you an invoice even if you check that you need one. The gifts arrived.
