Found exactly what I needed and ordered with no issues. Delivery was quick and had my boiler up running shortly after receiving it!!! Definitely coming back, if needed! Dave Miller

Items ordered

Items that i had ordered said it was in stock on the site! However after ordering the items had not shipped out for 3 days. So I ended up ordering items elsewhere because I had a customer without air in a mobile home!! So i canceled order i didnt have time to wait not knowing when items where going to ship. The heat index all week was 105f.

Product arrived when requested, although the notification process could use some improvement.
Got notified shipped on the day it arrived.

Partshnc had the best price that I…

Partshnc had the best price that I could find. The part arrived in 2 days. Most importantly, it was the right part and if it perfectly. My central A/C is up and running again :) Although, I would prefer an online chat with a real person, not AI.

Wrong part

Wrong part, security seal broken, open box and complicated return policy. Especially trying to get approvals on the weekend.

Mr Cool Circuit Board

I ordered a main circuit board for my Mr Cool a/c out door unit and received the correct board well packaged with-in 5days. I'm very well pleased with my experience and will be using this store again in the future. Thanks to all involved!!

I had an issue with shipping costs…

I had an issue with shipping costs during my order which I then canceled. I ordered a part and paid for it online. I selected 2-day for $180 shipping. (Ground was listed as $60, 1-day was listed at $300+). I received an email later that I could not get it in 2-days and that ground would have to be $200 shipping so I had to cancel the order

After reviewing your order, we found that the part you ordered was a Heat Exchanger Assembly, which is classified as a heavy, oversized item. The carrier advised that it could only be shipped using a specific shipping service to help prevent damage during transit. We want to assure you that we did not require you to proceed with the additional shipping cost we presented the available shipping option provided by the carrier. As requested, we promptly processed your full refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and will work to ensure situations like this are communicated more clearly in the future. Your shipper is rude un trust worthy…

Your shipper is rude un trust worthy and willing to send the product back once we receive it. We haven't received it it show delivered but not to us one of there other location. I took off today Friday to receive it and this is YOUR shipper screwing me out of a day's pay. So how do you think I fill about your service and company
