PartsIPS - Appliance Parts Arvostelua

The item was just as described on the website, delivered in a very timely manner, very pleased with customer service as they kept me posted on when my order was going to arrive. Thanks PartsIPS will definitely do with you again.

So happy with my purchase; the most-used drawer in our refrigerator door got a crack. I found a replacement and was totally satisfied.

Loved the quick service. I received the GE light board in less than a week.
It doesn’t work indicating a wiring or fuse problem.

I loved the fact that the order i placed was handled and, i received it so rapidly.
I made the error in ordering, if you received my return and recognized that it came back to you in the pristine condition i received it, and i dont get charged anything extra wete both happy

Had the experience of many others here. Product never arrives. I have spent over two weeks trying to get this resolved. Guy on phone (when he answers) promises response by the end of the day (three times). Then says I need to send an email (okay, how about three) still no response. Scam, scam, scam. Have the CC company dealing with them now after week three.

Terrible experience. This website feels like a scam. They show parts as “IN STOCK,” but after you place the order and pay, suddenly the part is not actually in stock and they tell you they are waiting for it from the factory.

The information on the website is completely misleading. If a part is not physically in stock, don't advertise it as IN STOCK and take customers' money based on that information.

Customer service is terrible as well. The person I spoke with was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I do not recommend this website or this store at all. I would never order anything from PartsIPS again.

Found the part I needed at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

Fast shipping, part was perfect

Thanks for shipping the part out so fast.

Part was easy to find. Shipping was self explanatory and easy. Part was shipped right away and I received it on time. Washer is working and my wife is pleased.

The part was damaged and the balance ring is cracked and leaking fluid. I sent pictures but haven’t heard from you. I put a stop payment on the credit card and a dispute on the charge.

Very fast shipping, correct part and great price. Will be back if I need something else

I ordered a shelf for my LG fridge, and their website said that it was compatible with my fridge. But when I got it, it did not fit, so I had to return under their 30 day policy. Despite the fact that their website was wrong, I still ended up getting back less than half my money, after return shipping and restocking fee. Do not use this merchant!

Easy to locate the exact part that was compatible with my appliance. Super quick shipping and the product was very well packed.

Bad experience and received the wrong part. Horrible customer service. Do not buy anything from this store

Never received item. Was notified of item being damaged during shipping, but only after I had to reach out to inquire about the item not arriving. Awaiting a refund per email from PartsIPS.

Great price. Fast shipping. Excellent customer service.
