The associate I talked to was very competent and transparent. The motor I purchased worked as promised; it was indeed pre-programmed. There is so much confusion about A/C blower motors, it is refreshing to interact with people who know their stuff.

A little tough at first but they fixed the problem
They sold me a part on their website that they don’t stock and don’t have a source for so they just grabbed something close and sent it. Now I am fighting with them trying to get a refund.

I needed a txv power head and AllStyle…
I needed a txv power head and AllStyle wanted me to buy the whole valve, local distributors said the 2 year old valve was obsolete etc. I researched the part number and found Partshnc.com. I verified the power head listed was what I needed for a 15 ton coil. I ordered it and expedited 2 days shipping. It arrived in the original Emerson box and was exactly what I needed. The price was okay for the part and shipping. Highly recommend Olivia for her customer service. We’ve reviewed your order and would like to clarify that the part you purchased requires additional components for proper installation. As you have confirmed you are replacing the cover for first-time.
The compatible brackets (KIT18706) are also needed to ensure the cover fits correctly for your model.
The item ordered on its own is not incomplete or defective, but it is part of a larger assembly. We did share the required bracket kit and guidance to help resolve the issue.

Scam company that sells defective…
Scam company that sells defective parts! We bought a $300 part from them, it didn’t function, and called them to return. They asked for us to send it to them (for $40) then said because we plugged it in they would not refund. 100% a scam company that will repackage the broken product to you and refuse to issue a refund. It looks like several have had an identical experience.
Reply to their reply: it was a correct part for the unit, it was just defective. It appears this is part of the game. Just to be clear, the part was bought for $300, sent back at our (customer) expense for $40 and now they’re refusing a refund and gaslighting. Guarantee they will resell this bad part! Reviews are full of this issue happening over and over.
