Unfortunately we used the chat to get pricing for shipping and had asked if we could overnight this part (which apparently was too heavy to do so) and were given pricing to overnight. Then when we placed the order discovered we were unable to deliver the part to the customer in the time they needed it. Again, just helping you to improve your system.

Terrible terrible worst experience I’ve had on online shopping to much to text but they ran me round and round wanting me to sign a waiver they suck ended up getting a refund which did me no good still without a compressor it was all bad and learn how to speak some English for the love of god

I had purchased one from another HVAC supplier and it was broken upon arrival and they took 12 days to refund me, it was a terrible experience.
