Parts4tubs Arvostelua

Easy to order using website and a good price for an OEM part. Ordered on Friday evening and arrived well packaged on Tuesday, that's amazing. All fitted and worked perfectly. Thanks to Andy, great communication.

I had a swimming pool pump motor fail and found Parts4Tubs online. Andi has been brilliant and has negotiated the somewhat difficult path between the manufacturer and me with great patience and skill. I’m so glad I used P4T and Andi and his team have my utmost gratitude.

Fantastic service from Parts 4 Hot Tubs! The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and the delivery was incredibly fast. Everything arrived exactly as expected and in perfect condition. excellent overall experience. I would definitely recommend Parts 4 Hot Tubs and will happily use them again in the future.

Andi should be charging for consultancy; he guided me through every step of the way, fixing both a circulation pump and a control unit! Quick service on the deliveries too, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Andi at Parts4Tubs provided exceptional customer service when the hot tub in my holiday let went down. Answering emails very quickly, offering advice that proved critical and dispatching replacement parts immediately so I could get the tub up and running again in short order. Thoroughly recommended and my go to supplier from now on.

Wow what can I say . I know nothing about hot tubs and fixing them but with the help from there specialist and my constant asking for help that was give with lots of patience on there side Diagnosed my issue advised correct part got it the next day and still assisted me in fitting it my self and fixed my issue thank you so much these come highly recommended I’m so grateful

Excellent personal service from this company. Andi sourced the circulation pump I needed, ordered it for me, chased up the delivery time for me when asked and replied promptly to all my queries. An all round very good solid company and service - and at a very good price. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for a heat pump to install on my old hot tub to reduce running costs. I had quotes from others, but having spoken to Andi they were able to offer a technically superior heat pump for significantly less cost. Delighted with the result. Always available with technical advice at short notice. Highly recommended. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else!

Stay away from this company. They advertised hot tub filters as being compatible with my hot tub. When they arrived they looked the same. When I went to use it the filter casing wouldn't close it was mm's out. This company wouldn't except responsibility. Eventually they asked that I send them back at a cost to me for a refund. So I paid over £5 to send them back. When they received the filters back they offer me £26 refund instead of the £60+ I paid for them. They have stopped responding to emails. They are completely useless and incompetent. Please safe your money and your time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Had to get a refund due to heater being faulty. I can safely say that all the problems was down to the manufacturer and supplier and not part4tubs. Customer services and support from Elias and Andi was great but unfortunately my problems was beyond their control.

Great communication, fast delivery part was at my home within 24hrs great service . Website was easy to use

Andi, was excellent in recommending and shipping parts to repair my hot tub, on installation found some issues and Andi worked through them methodically via whatsapp and got it operational with some adjustments to the set up, Can't recommend him highly enough for the support he provided!

Absolutely amazing, fantastic customer service could not recommend more highly

Andi was a fantastic resource and great to work with. I made a mistake and found out I could not locate the hot tub where I had initially planned. Andi was kind enough to give me a partial refund due to the situation. I will definitely reach out to Andi again if my situation changes. I would highly recommend his services!

Excellent service. Well done

Brilliant customer service, even though I made the mistake(delivery address) AndI responded straight away and corrected my error. Exellent products, highly recommended if you require help or parts for your hotub

I ran into an issue needing to get a new board for my Bullfrog hot tub. I came across a video on Youtube of Andi's and saw that he had an option on his website where he would confirm which board you need. He suggested a generic Balboa board over the Bullfrog board. This board literally saved me over $300 vs the Bullfrog board and easily over $1000 on having a service tech. His help continued even after - as we emailed several times to ensure I was programmed correctly and he explained the differences in programming and the interface board changes. The board didn't change the basic functions - just how I need to access them going forward. I can't recommend Andi enough - where most companies ghost you after you order, he is there to answer questions and goes beyond expectations. If you are comparing prices and sites - consider his service AFTER purchase and go with him! I used the US site and there was quick shipping (same day!).

Called Andi re a little giant pond cover pump, price postage and when I could expect it etc ,not only was the price exceptional value the postage was on the day quoted , PERFECT!!! Many thanks

Fantastic service, help and guidance. The You Tube videos helped initially, advising the information required to enable Andi to specify the correct replacement jet and circulation pumps I required for my ageing tub. Having specified the two pumps, when I changed my approach to trying just the wet end on the circ pump, he specified that. Nothing was too much trouble, the replies were very quick, along with the delivery.
Definitely recommend and will use every time for my tub parts. Thank you
