Partridge BMW Arvostelua 

Today my m3 cs had an oil, microfilter, diff service and aircon service, I also called up yesterday and asked if it was possible to supply and fit the new designed rear subframe bolts as originals are now superseded, (new design is fantastic by the way) , this was no problem at all and James Beecham the technician even showed me the old bolts to new. Deffo recommend you have this done if you have any f8x model. If you’re a bmw dork lol myself this dealer is the best to go to. The service manager Cj has been fantastic in making sure the car is taken care of just how I like and made me feel very comfortable waiting with my 3 year old, cannot thank him and his team enough for the fab service.

Was done on a waiting appointment which was done on time, tea and coffee available which is nice, and the selection of cars in the showroom is delightful. You can tell it’s a dealer that loves its brand.

All staff from the moment you walk in are smiley and friendly and a real team atmosphere is present.

Also a Thankyou to Renzo and Laura in the parts dept who also organised some parts for our company while I was there.

Ordering and collecting my new BMW from Partridge was an absolute pleasure, thanks to Stephanie Morley's exceptional service. From the initial inquiry to the collection, the process felt personalised and tailored to my needs.
On collection day, Stephanie took the time to walk me through all the new features of my car, ensuring I was confident and comfortable behind the wheel. It was the best dealership experience I've had to date. I couldn't recommend Partridge enough.

Excellent customer service - have been dealing with Zdenek who has went above and beyond after delivery date of my car had been pushed back. Arranged a courtesy car for me in the meantime and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.

The whole experience has been great , from first contact with the representative until reception of the car . Great service all around ! .

Car was booked in for a service first thing this morning today. Just as I was leaving they called to say the courtesy car would not be available as it was returned the previous evening and now requires 4 new tires! So either the previous user was doing rallycross or they don't service their courtesy cars. You would think they could have come up with a more believable excuse.

Thank you Partridge and especially Lucy, for being really supportive, and prompt with dealing with the delivery of my new i5. Great customer service by Lucy!

Excellent service from order to delivery

Was struggling with making any progress with car supplier as well as resolving sale of current car. Spoke with Zdenek who introduced me to Lucy and all problems resolved, thanks again!

This was my first experience of Partridge BMW and I have to say I was very impressed. After having been given the runaround by a leasing company, I was delighted when Zdenek was able to answer all my questions in a prompt and courteous fashion. I was then handed over to Lucy who arranged delivery of my new car within an hour of our first email. Couldn’t fault either of them.

I was having issues with a third party lease company who were using Partridge BMW to supply a vehicle, I manged to speak with Zdenek who was like a breath of fresh air, he approached the problem like a true professional. Within a few emails my problems were solved.

Great communication from Zdenek Kalok regarding my new car order. Good to see such a great level of Customer Service continuing from BMW dealers like Partridge BMW.

No challenge or question was too big for Zdenek or Izabela. During my times of frustration with my leasing company, they provided calm, accurate and timely information to keep me updated of things that were happening from their side. They remained professional and courteous at all times with their unique style. They responded quickly and made me think I was the only customer they had. The aftersales customer service has been just brilliant from the whole team at Partridge. Alice, the BMW genius, has been great at helping me through all the technology and made it all simple to operate and put up with all my questions professionally. I had been looking for an X5 for over a year and managed to find one second hand. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to find it through Partridge of Hampshire but I wish I had done. Nick Oliver at Chandlers Ford was super helpful and reached out every couple of months to see how the search was going and to let me know if any stock they had in. Even once I found one in the North he helped me set up a service plan. Would highly recommend speaking to Nick.

Fantastic customer service - have been dealing with Zdenek who has kept me updated all the way through the order and delivery process. Can't speak highly enough of him!

My BMW 520 came to the garage moving without any problem just a sign of erro in the dash board came out with complete failure and as non functionning car. They took 400 pound for diagnosis and management? and gave me my car to through it in the rubbish.

They promised to pay my money back which I think is the least to happen for the bad amangemnt but they didn't, as if the 400£ is a lot for them, can not believe it till now.
