Poor overall

Price is misleading- lowest when searching and booking, then comes the kicker- pay parking at airport, suddenly this is more than the private concierge!
Same promise, but you wait long for them to collect your car (even when calling ahead and arriving at exact booking time) and extensive delays waiting for collection on arrival. Inconvenient, and sullen drivers- won't use them again

Felt uncomfortable

Asked to call 30mins before arrival at airport and told off for being 20mins early and made to wait as it was not our booked time - not easy to be exact when live over 1 hour away and worried re traffic
Staff rude, no id, no paperwork. Handed my key to random guy and felt very uncomfortable.
Each way had to also pay for a parking ticket at £8 each so fee £16 more than booked price as not stated when booked.
Much prefer professional service if Maple & other meet/greet teams.
Very relieved to get car returned at end.

Les avisamos de la situacion y les dio completamente igual, no nos ayudaron en nada. Querían además que pagáramos en efectivo y no nos facilitaron la hoja de reclamaciones. Nos propusieron una rebaja de 30 euros si no realizabamos una reseña negativa. No recomendaremos jamás este servicio

Beware of this company

Beware of this company
Do not use!
Made the huge mistake of booking with the bristol branch with the promise of a full refund if you want to cancel.
Holiday was canceled a week after the booking so contacted via email for a full refund and had a response saying no problem refund generated (complete lie)
Fast forward 2 weeks and after numerous emails and phone calls still no refund.
Customer service is the worst i have ever come across, extremely rude some guy raising his voice at me telling me the refund has been issued then sent me a laughable screenshot as proof.
Contacted my bank and they have confirmed it was a lie and are aware from previous customers that this company are known for scamming people.
They have now sent me another "receipt " of the refund that I requested but again the bank have told me this isn't legitimate.
I have just reported them to the trading ombudsman .
Please take my advice and don't go anywhere near this diabolical company.
Also very telling that there is no head office address or telephone number, never ever again these people really need to be shut down.
Nobody deserves to be scammed this way.

This is the worst car parking service…

This is the worst car parking service in the world. I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Our car was moved every few days to different car parks. we received 3 TFL fines because the drivers entered Low emission zones whilst we were away. They drove our vehicle for 25 miles during that time. We also received a parking fine from a supermarket chain where they left my vehicle overnight. They are a disgrace

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, landed back at Heathrow 11pm at night, told a pre paid shuttle bus was on its way to pick me up and take me to my car and it never arrived, i called 30 minutes to chase this up only to be told one of the drivers was lost even though they are only based 3 miles away and the other driver was off sick. I had to pay £30 in a black cab to pick my car up, ive been chasing for my pre paid refund for 3 weeks but no one is returning my calls or e-mails. Also when i arrived the boot of my car was open which i securely locked when i left my car. Avoid at all costs…..

Poor communication and unreliable…

Poor communication and unreliable return service

Booking Ref: P4U-1-556784

Our experience with this company was very disappointing, particularly on our return from Heathrow.

After landing, we followed the instructions provided and called for collection. We had to call 8 times before someone answered. When we finally reached someone, we were told to wait one hour.

After waiting 40 minutes, we called again and were then told to wait an additional hour. Eventually, we were informed that we would need to make our own way to collect the car.

Despite having paid £50 for the parking service in advance, we were forced to spend an additional £40 on a black cab due to the company’s failure to provide the agreed shuttle service.

When we arrived at the parking site, the staff member stated he had just started his shift and laughed at the situation. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the inconvenience caused.

The overall handling of the return process demonstrated poor communication and a lack of responsibility. What should have been a straightforward collection turned into a stressful and unnecessarily complicated experience.

Based on this experience, I would not use this service again.

Money stolen. Late arrival.

The car took almost 1 hour to arrive at Heathrow T5. I called multiple times and was told the vehicle was 10 minutes away each time there were also times when they wouldn’t pick up the phone.

There was around £10 in £1 coins in my car. The car was returned with all the £1 coins gone.

Do not trust this company!!!

Tried to scam us out of £500+

Unfortunately the rate is for the business that I used via the parking4you website.

Go parking Stansted or safemeet located at Stansted they are one and the same tried to scam me out of £500+.

Booked a meet and greet and paid £37. Met the pick up driver at the orange car park and handed over the keys. I had a 10 minute walk to the terminal and then a 1.5 hour wait until I boarded my plane.

When I arrived at my destination, now 4 hours after I dropped off my car, I received a text stating that they had did a check on my MOT status and found it had ran out - my mistake I own that. However, they stated that the driver could not drive the car as they would not be insured, so they parked it on the short stay car park and it would cost £18 per hour. Forgot to mention that I only got to speak to them at 10am the next morning.

I stated why they only checked the car after they had driven it, surely that check should be carried out on booking to make sure they are not wasting their time travelling to pick up a car that may not be taxed or MOT’ed.

I also told them that I had a tracker on my car and could see that the car was parked on a nearby farm and was not in the car park at Stansted. They then stated that to get the car MOT’ed it would cost £220.

So £18 an hour from 17.30 to 12.00 the next day plus £220 MOT. Do the maths.

They were extremely rude on the phone and said that the situation was as it was and that I had to pay.

I asked them why they did not check the card status before picking up. They said that they cannot be expected to check every car they pick up, which contradicts their whole reason for being. I also said that was o just lucky that you checked my car, which they said the driver did after we dropped it off to him.

This makes no sense as surely if he was checking for the sole purpose of making sure the car was legal to drive you would do that at any point before getting in the car. Also they had up to 2 hours to call me before I got on a plane to let me know, but instead waited for me to get on my plane before texting me.

So the upshot was that my brother lived nearby and I got him to drive to where the car was kept, where he found around 70 cars parked in a farmers field that had a portacabin with no one to be seen in attendance. We had fortunately spoken to a different person from the company who had no idea of the £18 charge the previous person had mentioned.

My brother was able to obtain the key from someone who finally turned up and retrieved my car with no charge.

Straight to a local garage who charged £60 for an MOT.

Parking4you you need to vet and take action by removing companies that have terrible reviews, which this company has many from your site.

You have asked for further information. Please see below. I have not included all my communication evidence.

In November I made the above reservation for parking Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport.

On the 28th January my husband and I travelled to the airport and as instructed phoned the given number 07751482588 30minutes before arrival. I phoned 13 times and no one answered. We went into the Orange car park as instructed and searched for someone to take our car. There was no one there. In desperation, I had also emailed en route explaining the situation

We were obviously anxious as our flight time was nearing. We came out of the Orange car park and went to the Blue car park, thinking it would be cheaper. At the last minute we decided to leave the key on the front tyre because we thought the car could be collected and not rack up £67 a day for parking.

I was anxious about the situation and my stress levels were heightened by what had happened. We are both 70 years old and although seasoned travellers, one’s stress levels certainly change.

On arrival in Morocco, I emailed info@parking explaining again what had happened and a screenshot of the 13 calls I had made en route to the airport. At 12.04 on the 28th December Aroob from Parking4you got back and said had I left the keys with the car, if so the driver could go and retrieve the car. I replied where I had left the keys and and asked for an update.

Again on the 28th Aroob responded and assured me the car was going to be picked up and I would be informed when this had happened. On not hearing anything I emailed for an update on the 28th and the 29th.

Finally on the 29th Dunoon emailed to say the car had been picked up and the car was now at ‘our car park’ and he told me not to worry.

On the 3rd January I emailed to double check the number I should call for the return of my car. No response. My son phoned on the 4th whilst we were in transit and was told that yes, they had the car. On landing, I phoned and was told that the car would be an hour and the driver would call when he was in the orange car park.

After 40 minutes I had a call from Mark 07427614503 asking if I had got my car yet. I said I was waiting. He told me to go and check the Blue car park to see if it was still there. And yes it was. What on earth had been going on? He said he was a booking agent and that I should take up the complaint with you, the 3rd party. He gave me your email address.

I have screen shot my exit fee from the Blue car park £536 which was £67 per day. Please arrange payment for this to my Bank Account .

Used this Car park for a short stay

Used this Car park for a short stay; everything seemed fine until we arrived, it was a really dodgy car park with cars piled in, then took my keys and insisted they parked it.
when we landed they refused to bring us back for the car and drop the car at me, which i thought was strange as that wasn’t the arrangement but kind, however when they brought it back by back bumper was hanging off and my light for my reg plate was hanging out. I asked about it to try and sort it and they didn’t do this, they wouldn’t tell us their names or take us back.
As soon as we brought it up they walked off quickly and left us there. Topping this off we tried calling to sort it out and they said it was like it when we got there, which we absolutely knew wasn’t true.
as a whole, you don’t know what they are doing to your car and how it is going to come back, the staff are rude and end the phone when you try and sort things out - do not recommended.
