Had to call the company 40 times on the way to the airport. Call kept dropping out, no one answering, when they eventually answered the person couldn’t find our booking initially. All very stressful and not a good customer experience at all. Will not use again.

Park and ride
Initially car park is difficult to find as the what3words they give you isn’t correct. But once they sent us the correct address it wasn’t too difficult to find.

in all fairness, they were obviously a newish and underfunded business but seemed hard working off the bat.

After a delayed flight you obviously would like to fall back on good communication and reliability, as a park and ride business needs to incorporate delayed flights, prolonged passport controls etc into their operation. I contacted them at 1:30am that I had landed as instructed. I did not get to my car until 3:30am. Zero communication just kept saying a few minutes away. Zero accountability. Not a single apology.

In the minivan to the airport and from. There were multiple groups of people/individuals. All made to pay £17 gate entry and leaving fees. On the way back there were 3 couples. 2 solo travellers. That is £85 for what should have cost £17. Shocking

I have seen on some reviews they say “this isn’t my company” to try and get the review removed. This is the company, and I would really not recommend.

Avoid at all costs!!!

My wife booked the parking last minute and seemed like a good deal. Got to Stansted and had to pay parking on drop off...

On the way back we called at bag collection and said this would be 15 minutes. After saying they couldn't find one of the cars. Thought great as we have 3 kids and this was gone midnight.

After 40 minutes we tried to call the number and there was no answer. Tried with a different number and they answered. (What a surprise) Then was told it was a 50 minute wait.

The other people that had used this website said they had been waiting over 2 hours to get their car.

Another 40 minutes go by with 8 calls with no answer. I spoke to the information desk at Stansted and they've said they are trying to ban 3rd parties from the car park as this is becoming a common occurrence and to ring the police.

I managed to get through and after nearly 3 hours we got our cars after threatening to get the police.

Please avoid. There was about 30 people waiting after 1am and everyone had used the same site.

Before we get told its a comparison site. I only googled the number and this was the company associated with it.

Go down the correct channels at the airports as you think it's cheaper but we had to add an extra £52 to get in and out of the orange short stay.

I will never recommend this company.. their service is aweful, made us wait 15 mins for an attendant on drop off at Luton Airport when we met all conditions (rung them 30 mins prior arrival at the terminal) for advance calls times etc.
On collection it was even worse, waited 40 minutes after giving notice . I would strongly suggest you delete this company from your list of choices!

Pick up service was terrible. Driver arrived over 30 minutes late and I was also made to pay an Airport Levy even if this was not mentioned prior to booking. To make it worse I had to pay an additional £8 due to the Driver's lateness making my airport levy a total of £21 on top of the parking fee I had been charged. I would advise to use a more reputable service to avoid missing your flight. The attendants also have no clue, provided no real support with a situation for which they were clearly in the wrong. No acceptance of liability just unacceptable customer service.

they allow Swift Meet & Greet Stansted to get reservations on their website. i book with that company on looking4you.co.uk and that company made me wait 40 minutes to collect my car and 90 minutes to return my car. looking4you.co.uk should only allow trusted companies sell on their website. Also looking4you.co.uk has great reviews about that Swift Meet & Greet Stansted , but on other website they have paetheic review just like the service they actually provide. it make me believe the star rating of companies on looking4you.co.uk is not accurat. nowhere near accurate.

DO NOT use this Awful company they were 1 hour 10 mins late to meet us at car drop for our out going flight (we nearly missed the gate ) due to them not answering calls and when they did they were rude and hung up with the comment “I’ll be there when I’ll be there “ - we can tolerate 10 / 15 min but not 1 hour 10. - late again delivering the car to us by another 1 hour when we landed - when you phone all they say is driver is 5 min away. Absolute waste of money and complete chancers and amateurs.

Dejé el coche un Lunes y lo recogí un Viernes, la verdad que fueron puntuales tanto a la ida como a la vuelta,mi reseña NEGATIVA,es porqué en mi coche había un paquete de tabaco y el mando del garaje,y a la vuelta cuando recogí el coche,ya no estaban,(el tabaco es lo de menos) pero el mando del garaje si es importante,He de dejar el coche en la calle hasta que me vuelvan a hacer el nuevo mando (aparte que me costará dinero) Llamé para decirlo y claro como era de esperar según ellos no habían cogido nada,La verdad que yo estoy muy muy seguro que eso estaba en el vehículo,y ahora he de gastarme un dinero extra en otro mando.Y ellos no se hacen cargo En fin una mala experiencia.😤🫣

All went fine with no hitches.
Only criticism is that you are not told about the extra £6 you have to pay for entry and exit to the valet area until you have booked your car in and paid on line.
Otherwise service seems good will wait and see what happens on the day of arrival.

Absolute awful, don’t let be scammed, those guys are a joke. We have books parking with swift for Stansted’s airport beginning of April
Upon return, when we called to inform we have collected our luggage, guy said we need to get taxi to come to the yard to get our car as he has no driver… and he terminated the call… we tried to call back about 90 times, at least to get some details where the yard is… no luck. We had to get taxi back home, and luckily taxi driver have said that on the day he had drop about 20 people to swift parking yard with same issue… we were with kids so we got first back home and than I had to go back to the yard to collect my car… what I found there was just scary… about 10 other people grouped and waiting , as they did say theirs cars are just not there… owner of the yard have told them to go to the pod and search for their car keys.. if they lucky and find one just get the car… the canteen was open with about box of 30-40 keys inside…. Shocking… don’t book with any parking like this. We got our lesson, and will never do it again

I use these Guys every time I’m at Heathrow now. They are prompt friendly and always on time.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company at all cost.
Drop off at Stansted was ok. HOWEVER On return when we rang we were told it would be at least 45 minutes for the car to arrive, we rang again after an hour, the same guy answered and then said he doesn't recognise the number plate and hung up.
Rang back with other phone to be told they're checking on the car. All in all it took nearly 1.5 hours for the car to be returned, absolutely filthy on the outside, looking like it was parked in a muddy field.
We questioned the man on the phone which company he works for and he said it's A1 Airport Parking.
If you google the reviews it's always the same story, they're an absolute scam of a company
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, it's a massive hassle and not worth the money - especially as they also make you pay 13£twice for the airport charge.

The meet and greet was not good. There was a 30 minute wait while dropping the car despite calling an hour ahead. Same thing happened on the way back and there were three other people waiting with similar stories. Everytime the number was called, we were told that the car left 10 minutes ago and this happened at least 3 times. When complained, the person on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious. Avoid this like a plague!

Horrible. Le parking fait les transferts avec les voitures des clients. Preuves avec les photos du compteur kilométrique. Une honte.

Very easy to book and very quick response from enquiries

When we arrived back at Stanstead Airport from our holiday with our four year old Parking4you
“Meet & Greet" chap told me I had an hour and half wait?
But they knew of my landing time.
I asked if I could get a taxi and collect. THE REPRESENTATIVE HUNG UP THE CALL AND BARRED MY NUMBER?!!
I approached Stanstead Airport customer experience they attempted to make contact. They said they had a lot of customers complaining the day before regards this company. Lots of people standing around not knowing what to do.
The terminal taxi company seemed to know the location where my car may be. Due to problems the previous day
I attempted to use the landline I found for the co, representative called Adam on 01293 974050 didn't care at all he was totally unhelpful and just told me I would get a call back on a number of time but didn’t call back
He even gave me a DUD number to call 07517284365
He gave the same number to Stanstead Customer Experience, so it was deliberate

With no alternative after another 30 minutes no calls no support from the company I seeked advice from the POLICE

I received a call from a withheld number the driver said he was now on his way!? I ran back to the terminal
After 30 minutes i found my car DUMPED !! in a disabled space WITH THE KEY LEFT ON A WHEEL!!

TOTAL UNEXCEPTABLE!!
There was roughly ten people together all waiting for their cars in the car park from Parking4you ......

Any parking tickets I will look to send them to the company as I cannot be held responsible

We waited for over three hours yesterday with a small ill child

I had to find the vehicle myself. I have the recordings of the driver where he gave me messages. I will now pass this information to trading standards for a review

Booked meet and greet service- it was horrible experience.we had to pay £10 exit fee.if i knew this,we would never booked that car park.why we need to pay additional £10 while It was not mentioned when we booked the parking.Also i took picture for my milage before i left my car.when i was back,i was surprised that someone drove my car for 10 miles. Horrible service.i always park my car at various airport car park but never experienced this service.

Do not state that they charge extra until you get your booking confirmation email and by then they’ve whacked in an extra £16-32. Try and get a refund if you’re lucky enough to have ticked insurance and they will shortchange you for their incorrect advertising.

Don’t use this company! The terms don’t even state the extra charges, cheaper to pay for direct parking at the airport and direct access to the terminal than messing about getting dropped off.
