Parking.com - TWO-FIFTY Arvostelua 16

I pre-paid $12 to park there from 5pm - 10pm. I got there at 5:05pm and as I was leaving at 9:45pm, the gate wouldn't open - I had to pay again at the gate terminal. There was no QR code in my parking.com app, just the receipt and reservation time. Not cool.

The printable pass said to scan this barcode vut there was no barcode on the pass.

The machine did not read my ticket. Agent sent me a text to pay $13.00 instead of $11.00 for early bird

Their machines would not scan my ticket at either exit & instead of just scanning the ticket like they did the last time this happened I was sent a link to pay with & I was charged a .50 cent service fee. Why should I have to pay a fee because YOUR machines were malfunctioning

Continuous issues with ticket scanner. Attempted to charge me too much due to ticket scanner not working. Was disconnected multiple times when attempting to get assistance and to exit parking. Attempted to work out issues for over 20 minutes. If there is an issue just send the text option to pay over the phone right away instead of switching lanes and trying to scan the ticket over and over.

Horrible! Never got the online voucher, was promised i could push the "help" button when I entered, no one answered, had to take a new ticker. Sent a message to online customer service to refund my order and its been over a week and no reply

I paid in advance for parking and there was no code to scan so I went in thinking I'd be able to use it on exit. There was no option. I ended up paying another 6 to get out of the ramp. I ended up paying to park at the hotel and paying them also.

I purchased a parking pass in Milwaukee from the website while traveling. The confirmation email said we had to print a parking pass so after checking into our hotel, i had to find the business center to print it out from the email. There was no code o. The printout. A parking attendant later told my husband we should have had a confirmation on an app. The website never suggested we needed to download the app. Frustrating process. Now we have to watch out credit card as we’re concerned we may get billed as well.

Great parking ramp with good lighting. Only complaint is that all the doors to get to the elevators were locked when we came from the theatre. Had to walk up 4 ramps to get to our car.
