It was easy to scan, pay get a confirmation and move on all within a few minutes.

Its a parking space that cost 25 bucks in an empty lot. On the plus side, my car didn't get broken into, but thats kind of the bare minimum

Once I paid the high fee of $25 for 24 hours, I needed to run to get food. Imagine my surprise when we came back and spots were filled.
So $25 was paid for approximately 2 hours even though the sign said it was for 24 hours, and made no effort whatsoever to warn people if they left, they forfeited their spot and money.

Very expensive for an uncovered, ungated, not-secured lot. This cost more than the hotel room itself. Completely ridiculous. Would highly recommend parking elsewhere if possible.

I found the process very easy. It was convenient too. I didn't have to pay for parking at the front desk of the hotel.

My car was broken into on the lot and I've made a request for a refund and still have not heard back from parking.com. I personally will never park at this lot ever again. Very unprofessional when meeting customers needs for a response.

Expensive, a block away from this spot was a parking lot that was $8/daily ... unfortunately I didn't see it before I paid the non-refundable price.

Available space. Close to my destination. Price was average. (Should work out a discount rate for hotel guest.)

This service is a rip off and a scam that overcharges and obscures fees. Nightmare - avoid at all costs

Convenient to pay but far too expensive. Also, other parking spots had weekend free or reduced rate but not this one. Hard to choose again.

When I booked the parking it charged me for 24 hours. I put in that I only needed parking for 15 hours. My travel plans got delayed so I needed and additional 3 hours of parking which was 18 hours total, still less than 24? I tried to extend the hours on the site but was informed that I would have to pay an additional day at the rate of $24. I ended up having to move my car to unsecured street parking to avoid being charged for an additional day or being ticketed?

Good lighting. Short walk to/from hotel. Charge was signifigantly higher than what was quoted on Booking.com. Quoted $16.99, charged $24.99.

This is just a parking lot with no security. You are paying 25 dollars a night to park in a parking lot.
