the machine would not take my card and it took over 5 minutes of me being stuck in the parking garage for an attendant to speak to me over it. eventually i had to just pay online because the card reader didn’t work. if it takes that long and it’s genuinely the machines fault i think you should have just let me leave.

Poor service, over charged
Upon leaving the garage,I inserted the ticket, the screen showed $10.00 owing. I inserted my credit card and received a unable to process message, I attempted several more times with two separate cards and received the same message. I called the number on the device and was told there was no one on site to assist and was sent a link to pay the balance due. When using the link I was notified that the balance due was now $20.00. Because this and the delay in getting out of the facility neither myself or any of my associates who come here frequently will be using your site.

The machine wouldn’t accept my ticket
The machine wouldn’t accept my ticket. Waited over 5 minutes before attendant opened the gate and forcing to make a payment online.

It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare. The kiosk to pay kept my ticket, spit out my card and then it read CLOSED. A GUARDA GUARD told me this happened all the time as I tried to communicate with the difficult to 1) understand 2) hard to hear.
It was a dangerous location to be stuck.

Went through the machine with voice…
Went through the machine with voice help, took forever and then had to call attendant who was not at gate to let us out! With your high parking rates u’all need to pay an attendant to sit at gate! No wonder people don’t want to go downtown Portland and help revitilize the area! You may never get out!
