The amount that u charge should not be that much to park for an hour and there’s no one on the lot that helps you with the parking spots. There’s people parking in two or three spots or taking up two or three spots it’s it’s all unorthodox.

Difficult app to use. Sign says parking for the entire Cardinals game, but somehow I entered 3 hours on the time. The game went long and I tried to extend the time but your app wanted to charge me more.

$9.75 for 30 minutes of parking is outrageous. I am handicapped & needed parking close & safe to the federal building in Downtown. But this is ridiculous!

The Price was waaay too high. I paid 15.99 for about 5 hours. When I returned to the parking lot after work to get in my car, which was parked in the back of the lot, I saw a BUM trying to get into my trunk.. he literally had his hand on the latch attempting to open it. As I continued to walk closer to my vehicle I realized the BUM was going to every car on the parking lot checking for unlocked doors. There was no one working in the guard shack or on the parking lot attending it or to try n deter this activity. After paying so much to park you would think someone would be working at the entrance of the lot not allowing people to just walk in n lookn for unlocked vehicles and leaving. When the BUM left he went across the street to the next parking lot and continued to do the same thing.
You guys need to pay a security guard to watch your parking lots! Especially with the high ass prices you charge!

Parking was fine. A little tight but good location.

Your pricing was a little high at $25. Even closer parking was cheaper but I had to settle on you due to the traffic issues.

I was charged twice even though I paid for an all day parking pass. I left the lot once & when I came back, I was told to pay again

Machine was confusing and difficult to operate. Other customers found so too. No attendant to watch over parked cars. Parking lot very tight and hard to maneuver in

I do not like providing personal information on my I-phone regarding my federal government position. I don't feel it is a secure system.

I own a Hyundai Elantra, which is the most popular vehicle to steal in StL currently. I ended up having to pay for 2 hours which was over $20 dollars. There was no one visibly watching over the vehicles in the lot. No one was conducting walking patrol nor was there anyone in the guard booth at the entrance. This is unacceptable for the price people are having to pay to park in a lot where you’ll always make money.
