I did not have a credit card with me
I did not have a credit card with me; I had a debit card, and the machine would not take it. I had to walk back to the BLM building and find a friend, but they only had a debit card. So I rang the buzzer and a kind person answered and said I could use my phone. But my phone was not with me, and I had to get my phone. I could have paid with cash, but that isn't possible anymore. I hate the program. What if I didn't have my phone? Does everyone on the planet have a phone? No. And on the street, it's no better. You have to have some app that reads street codes. If I didn't have to go downtown I wouldn't.

the machine wouldn't read my card. It was embarrassing! I had to contact them and give them information so I could pay online. It is understandable but when I finally did get to leave I received 2 notifications while driving home within 30 minutes. A little patience would have been appreciated, tell I got home and out of my car to make my $2.99 payment would have been nice.

We were charged for parking even though parking in Salt Lake City is free on Sundays.

Thought would be good to buy parking in…
Thought would be good to buy parking in advance, but did not work out well. Only after purchasing did I get email that under "How to use pass" did I see that it said "N/A". Called for instructions and got bad information. Then, leaving the parking lot the gates were up and parking was free for all - except those who paid in advance.

I pre-paid for parking for a concert
I pre-paid for parking for a concert, called the phone number on the printout and was told all I needed to do was press help when it was time to exit and input the purchase #.
After the event upon exiting The parking was free-I feel taken advantage of for calling and verifying the purchase-no one told me the parking lot as free they took my money anyway.

I ended up having to pay at the exit…
I ended up having to pay at the exit door even though I already paid online. Scammed me for 15 bucks. What a waste.
