I ordered 3 passes for NJPAC on 5/17/2023 (with different license plate numbers). The passes had the incorrect address and we were redirected twice. The web site was down so no one could access the link to the QR code. One of the three event attendees did not have a printed version and had to pay again (order # 896286398). This added confusion to a confusing day. I believe I should be reimbursed for the pass not used.
