Pay machines were not working
Pay machines were not working. I had to talk to a service rep, and they made me late for work with all the questions they asked. I had to pay online and got charged a service fee, like it was my fault.

The gate opened automatically as I was exiting. As proof, I have a dash cam in my vehicle.
The gate opened automatically as I was driving up to the exit. I stopped because I thought I was being "set up" or profiled for an infraction or violation. I received a ticket that would not work. The remote attendant was absolutely of no help regarding the ticket. I was interrogated by the remote attendant extensively which resulted in missing a deadline for picking up a package. In addition. the signage needs to have clear instructions, be larger and more visible before entering.

When I scanned my ticket by the elevator it said I didn’t owe anything. I went to leave and my ticket would not scan at the gate. I hit the button for assistance and by the time the guy responded and I told him what was going on he said he would send me a link for payment. So because the ticket malfunction I ended up having to pay because it took too long to sort out and I went over the 60 minutes I guess. Super frustrating and now I’m afraid to park here again at my follow up appointment.
