Parking.com - JUDO LOT Arvostelua 59

The website sold me a spot at a vacant lot that was completely fenced off and under construction for something else. On a good note, their customer service gave me a refund.

I prepaid on-line hours before my scheduled event. Upon arrival, there were no spaces available in the lot that I had pre-paid for ($15.99). No attendant to speak to, nobody answered both numbers on my receipt. Had to park somewhere else and pay again. Called for a refund, but was told they would only reimburse the cost of the other parking spot I had to paid for. What a joke! Would never use again. If you pre-pay for a spot for certain times then it should be there.

Terrible! The lot was full! What’s the purpose in pre-paying for parking when it’s not available? Please refund my money as I had to pay for parking in a different lot. Very disappointed with this!

Super hard to find location, suggestion, better directions to help get to the parking lot.

I arrived & there were no parking spots, no attendant, no nothing. Just a “reserved” sign, threatening to tow, but taken by someone else, of course…..
I had to drive elsewhere to find a parking spot since there was no where to part in the area I “pre-paid” for, to ensure I had a spot to park. HORRIBLE!!!

The parking lot is NOT clearly marked. There are at least 4 parking lots located in that area. I had no idea which one was the correct lot. I ended up paying for parking twice because I was afraid I was in the wrong one. I will never use this service again!

There was no lot just street parking and there were no spots to park.

The parking lot address, per the website "Judo Lot", 2026 Arapahoe St, 80202 Denver, is NOT a parking lot. It is an empty field surrounded by fencing. There is NO parking lot at 2026 Arapahoe St. To me, this seems like the biggest mistake an online parking lot website could make. LOL

The lot was not clearly marked. Maps couldn't find it, and there were no visible street numbers or signage. We parked in what we believed was the correct lot, and even asked a parking attendent in another lot if the knew if it was the correct street number. I put the pre-paid receipt on the dashboard. Yesterday we received a $92 dollar ticket from a different parking company.

Parking lot was pretty decent. However, the direction link gives you wrong directions. Need to plug in actual address to get to correct location

Easy online purchase, close to Coors Field.
Address for lot on confirmation is not the address at the lot. Kind of confusing. Spaces are tight.

Parking spot was in a lot very close to my target destination. It was very reasonably priced. Egress after the end of the ball game was pretty easy as well.

There were cameras up on some of the lot, but it was next to a marijuana dispensary with a lot of homeless people in the lot itself and in the area, with no security to be seen. I paid for a spot but did not end up parking there. Next time, I won’t use parking.com in advance, but the online reservation system seemed fine.

Good price and right where they said it would be.

Location, online purchase

We parked at the lot to go to a baseball game in Denver. Went to have dinner afterwards, came back and the car had been broken into. We tried calling the number and leaving messages with you, and could t get through to anyone. There are cameras and we were wanting the footage of when they broke in. Two days later, no response.

Reserving the spot was easy. The price was good. No problems accessing the lot or leaving.

So far I've parked 3 times here and I paid $5.00 for a 6hrs parking when Rockies was playing.
