I had a temp plate and they were very helpful in explaningthe changes by new management that were takng place in a garage I frequent for Yankees games.
I'll be back.

Definitely not a good place to park for a Yankee game. I had to keep going around the block because police barricade every street near 161st. I sorted parking garages when looking by "nearest" to stadium. Concourse Plaza said it was a 7 minute walk. I parked at 5:10 pm and didn't arrive at the stadium until 6:00 pm. Not a 7 minute walk.

Really easy 10/10 experience. Loved being able to park my own car and drive out

I paid online to buy a spot in advance. They honored my price and it was an easy in and out process. This was during a Yankees game when it was very busy so I was even more pleased that the price was right and the process was simple.

Clear directions, easy in and out, safe, and all the convenience in the world!

Convenient parking for Yankee game. Safe and close walking distance to Gate 6 . Plenty of underground parking lots. Can’t beat the price .

Easy to find best location with a reasonable price. Great experience at the parking lot as attendant was pleasant and helpful scanning the QR code. He was also there when we left 6 hrs later. Was very friendly and helped again with ticket.

I used this lot for a Yankee game numerous times. If you can park above ground then all is well. However, if the above-ground lot is full and you have to go underground it takes forever to get out. We left an hour after the game ended and it still took about 1/2 hour to get out.

The garage is very convenient for the area. You can park your own car and take your keys (a big plus for me). The garage is a little bit dark...additional lighting would be very welcome. I believe that there was construction happening when I parked there (1/31 and 2/1/2024), so I noticed that a stairwell was completely boarded up. The attendants were immediately available and helpful via the call button at the entrance and exit gates, so that was another huge plus. Overall, a good experinece.

Very easy in and out. Well priced and close to the Stadium.

I would have given this review days ago but I just noticed this email in my promotion folder instead of my primary email folder.

The location that I utilized the parking was at the Concourse Plaza Garage, located at 200 E 161 Street, Bronx, NY 10451.

On Sunday Dec 4 2023 at approximately 1:00am I attempted to pay my parking fee with cash and the machine would not receive the bills. I then tried to utilize my credit card and it wouldn't receive my credit card as well.

There was a security guy there but the security guy ( and no shade to him) was unable to help because he was only there to secure the property and he was not authorized for making any transactions with payment to exit the location 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

However, he was helpful in directing me to press a particular button which would connect me to an intercom system, where someone was able to direct me on how to exit the location.

The gentleman over the intercom system had me insert my credit card a total of three times and there system was still not working and it wasn't because my credit card was invalid. Their system was not working effectively.

He apologized but I made it clear that this was taken way too long and if I had to go to the bathroom or if someone really had to get home in a hurry, which I did... it was already 1:00am.

After I started complaining ( and I tell you the truth if I had a big SUV with some bull bars on the front I would have plowed right through it) this guy had me wait there for at least 15-20minutes.

Eventually he asked for my phone number so that he could send me a notification code to confirm my phone number. Once my phone number was confirmed, a payment link was sent to my phone for payment.

The voice over the intercom system, eventually indicated that I would be able to exit and raised the boom barrier. He allowed me exit without paying in anticipation that payment would be made at a later time.

What's interesting is... what if a customer did not have a phone or the phone battery is dead and was unable to access the information he sent. I'm sure the exit process would have probably been another 20 minutes worth of waiting. This is so ridiculous. I felt like I was being kidnapped and held hostage.

The correct customer service process should have simply been to allow me exit immediately upon the system going down. It should not have taken me 15 to 20 minutes to exit that location. Again if someone had to use the bathroom this would have been a horrible situation.

Needless to say I had a horrible experience and I doubt I will ever utilize this garage again. I'd rather park it out in the street, risk my car being vandalized, and walk the distance to the movie theater, rather than being held hostage in this creepy Saw garage.🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😡

I would advise any management that's reading this, please...for future customers who are stuck behind the boom guard when the payment system is not working, immediately let the person go! Do not hold them hostage.

Parking availability was great. Close to Yankee Stadium.
