Location was close to our destination. Very good signage explaining process to pay for parking. Parking spots were good size…not too skinny.

I gave 3 stars because I was charged…

I gave 3 stars because I was charged twice and I had to dispute it through my bank (inconvenient) to get my money back because the app was not letting me upload a picture to dispute it. So really it was an app issue that prevented me from requesting my refund from them. It also didn't populate a confirmation# after I pressed submit for me to know it went through correctly, nor did it send an confirmation email. I had to create an account with them, log in and see that I had two confirmation#'s. I also checked my bank account to confirm I was charged twice. I also gave 3 stars because at least my car was there when I came back and not broken into.

This company asked for too many…

This company asked for too many irrelevant personal details when trying to simply pay for parking. Not everything needs its own account. This company is likely selling the information it collects.

Field Trip to MOHAI

This was a convenient place to park our small bus from the Meridian School while I took the kids on a field trip to Mohai. Thank you!

Using the app.

Using the app.
The app does not register the day of the week. On Saturday, I was charged The weekday rate. I did not see that there was a weekend rate until I was exiting the lot heading to my destination period. Granted It was only a $1 differences however, if I were to park longer It would have been significantly more. Fix the app so it doesn't happen to someone else..
Other than that, the lot was clean and vehicles are visible from a distance.
