Barcode didn't work. Luckily security still opened the gate for me.

Easy to schedule and pay through the app. Plenty of spaces in the garage

Instructions were unclear. The car two in front of me took ten minutes to figure it all out; I took four or five minutes myself. I recommend better signage that spells out the necessity of using a phone to text in and out.

It was very easy to find parking for an afternoon event. The whole process including the in and out of the lot was simple.

In general the reservation, check-in and check-out experiences are smooth and reliable. A few occasions we had issues but was resolved by customer services on a timely manner. The major problem I encounter is they do not accept my company-issued commuter benefit debit card, for which I contribute pre-tax fund to use on parking and public transportation. Spothero and many other parking apps take the card, just not this app.

One scanner at the exit was very touchy; (while the other was being blocked by a disabled Tesla... Turned out to be a few minutes before the scanner accepted our Q code but every vehicle that attempted to use the scanner was delayed similarly due to the "touchiness" of the available one.

I have not had a problem that customer service couldn’t take care of quickly. Very easy app.

Coming to get the car out no office or directions to help. Pressed a button a man said go to the front of the building. No offices. Thank the car leaving the garage was the only way we got in . Please have signs for instruction on how to relieve you car.

Hate this app but my company has a partnership with Parking.com so I have to use it otherwise I'm paying WAY more to park. The app doesn't keep you logged in. I have to approve a security alert every time I open the app, even though I have it to remember my device. After I have parked for the day and ready to leave I've always had an issue with getting my code to come back up. It acts as though I never had a reservation. It takes me around 10 minutes to actually leave the garage because I have to practically reinstall the app just to get my code to exit. And using the website is even worse. SpotHero is so much better, but we don't get the discount through them.

Ended up paying twice because I couldn’t figure out how to use my prepaid code when I entered the building. Should’ve had clearer instructions.

The app is just a bit cluedgy but saves me 4-5 dollars at the place I always park so I will continue to use it.

Good location and easy entry although exist was a small problem in that the scanner was not working and the number give to text for exit didn't work BUT the button did work and I talked to someone who got the gate up. Regardless, I'd still go back. AND the cost was equal to street parking which at the time in that area in Chicago has LOTS of construction ... which will get you towed if you park in the wrong place. Good experience.

I’ve used this app 3 times and 2 of the times the parking pass didn’t work. When I held up the QR code to the reader, it said it wasn’t a valid pass. 1 time I couldn’t get out if the garage and 1 time I couldn’t get in the garage. Both times I pressed the button on the ticket box to call for service and the agents were very nasty and rude. One of the ladies told me I’d have to buy another pass just to get out of the garage. Horrible experiences, I will not use this app or garage ever again. Serious technological problems

The parking structure was in a great location a couple blocks from my hotel. The price was great too.

If I could give zero Stars that would be my rating. The number of hours was already in the system on the web site when I tried to pay for 2 hours. It did not allow me to make an adjustment for additional time. I added the promo code for a total of $5.70 becauseI wentto an eventat the National Hellenic Museum 2 blocks away. When exiting, I scanned the bar code and it said $10. I called for help and the woman told me to scan the barcode which I did after inserting my ticket. The gate did not lift up. I called her back to tell her that the barcode was not working. She told me to hold the phone closer to the scanner and hung up. I called back again and she said that I was over the amount of time and that is why the gate to not lift up. I called back again and she did not pick up the phone. I paid $5.70 + $10. Lousy customer service and a total ripoff!
