Beware if you park after 5 pm they will charge you $25.20 no matter how long you park for.

Site didn’t work and my friend got a ticket after already paying for parking.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I reserved four spaces for eight hours, when we arrived the space had been given away. There was no attendant to talk to and it was an incredible waste of effort booking and then losing out completely. Totally unreliable, eager to take your cash with no integrity to hold a space open. Would highly NOT recommend.

Convenient to DoCo & Golden One Center. Pricing was affordable.

Early booking allowed me to relax on the day. Clean, safe, easy walk to the SAFE Convention Center.

This was my first experience parking here. Overall I wasn’t convinced it was a fair parking system based on how the process operates. Pull in and park. Scan QR code and pay. No registration of your parking space. Just your license plate. Who is to tell when I drove in? I was using the parking area for a hairdresser visit which didn’t take as long as first intended so the extra hours I paid for are not refunded. There should be a way to factor in cost being revised back to the customers - parking costs would be quick to jump on our credit card for cost incurred if we over stay our parking limit but not the other way around? With no boom gate securing the entry or exit to the garage what makes this garage even secure? I will reconsider where I park in future.

I paid in advance and then had to also pay at the parking garage. The reservation gave no QR code or other instructions. When I showed up at the garage I tried calling unsuccessfully.

I could do everything from my car, I didn't have to walk around and go back and forth to pay. And the price was fair.

The parking garage I chose kept giving me an error message. selected another garage could not find it and gave up on it. The address was difficult and I didn't receive a barcode or anything and all of the lots I entered were not manned so it was a challenge.

Although we reserved a spot the small lot was full when we arrived. There was no attendant. Most of the lot was closed due to private parking. Signage was weak. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Easy and convenient, fast, hassle free, and simple.

Garage doors closed. There was a shooting and we were stuck

Terrible directions. Got stuck inside!!!

Showed up at the address on the reservation and was turned away. Cannot cancel reservations once started.

Verified we were at correct address. All signs in structure confirmed correct business.

Not sure this listing was communicated to staff. Possible miscommunication within org.

Unpleasant experience

We paid for parking and the garage had no spaces available ;(. The security guard there was rude. We had to drive around looking for a new garage while trying to make it on time.
I did call and ask for a refund, which was granted, but we recommend not using this garage that overbooks their garage!

Not open late enough. Confirmation on the app. was unclear, leading to double charge. Agent was very helpful in reversing one of the charges. Very convenient location.

Couldn't find the 5 digit code to register my car as paid, and couldn't acknowledge when I left, since I couldn't find the code.

All was great…..until I found a 50 dollar parking ticket on my dash. Not sure whos the culprit here but I think it’s wrong. I went to the office at the garage(inconvenient) and was assured they would take care of it, but ……we will see. Over all iI am happy with the way this all works but no directions of what to do at the garage, well that would be helpful and may have saved me some headaches.

They usually pick you up when you get out of your vehicle, they didn’t. We waited for 15 minutes for a driver and then had waited an extra 10 minutes for him to leave because one seat was open. When it was time to be picked up from DIA the busses when so full and they kept telling us they were closing at 11 and we needed to find another way. I was charged extra for being “late” 8 minutes which was stupid because the drivers where not being effective drivers.
