The location I booked didn’t use SP+ anymore. Apparently the management bad changed. I had to pay another $30 to park, and when I emailed parking.com’s customer service for a refund, they didn’t get back to me. They should update their website and remove this location because the manager said that they’ve had a lot of people with this same issue.

Easy to get in and out;

I booked 2 of these. We showed up during posted hours of operation (Sunday, 11am), and the garage doors were locked! We wasted an hour of our time getting to and from this garage. Do not trust this parking garage!

I hooked at parking spot at 420 waverly Ave for Sunday to Sunday. Went there and discovered they were closed Sunday. No one answered, gate closed.

Booked online..realized after it said standard size car..called customer service as soon as I seen the mistake because I own a truck..representative on the phone said as long as it cleared the height restriction I was ok. When I get there I had to pay xtra. Even after I told him who I spoke with he still didn’t care. I would’ve just took my smaller car if i would’ve known.

App gave a great deal. Price was about half of competitors. Checked and double checked details, couldn't see anything wrong, so booked it. When arrived, the street is blocked off for a festival. No biggie, go the wrong way up a one way, and check in with attendant. He says its all good. When we come back to pick up the car 3 days later, a different attendant says I still owe more money. I show him my reservation, and he has to call someone and have a lengthy conversation before releasing us, letting us know that there had been a mistake in the app.

The attendants were great; friendly and efficient. The deal was great. The hassle of the error loses one star.
