I arrived early to qualify for the early bird rate. When I left the garage, the credit card reader was not reading my card. I used the intercom to contact a remote attendant. The attendant took my information down and sent me a link to pay the fee later. When I tried to pay the fee later that evening, it only gave me one rate option—the full rate. There was no phone number listed that I could call.
