I’m still receiving messages about parking there, tied to a different vehicle. I’ve called support more than 10 times and the direct number of the garage I’ve been given. No one answers ever. Or returns calls.

Easy peasy to use. You get reminders when your time is almost up and you can add more money right from your phone. No more parking tickets for me!

I was locked out after hours but customer service was able to remotely let me in. Text to open and stored payment made using this garage super easy!

Locked out of bldg no access to my car and customer service people were no help over the phone. Gave me a number to an automated line that did not help then when I called back they told me to press the intercom button after I told them repeatedly that no one was in the damn bldg.

The garage was clean and in a safe area. The protocol to get in was easy and straightforward. That said when I went to retrieve my car at 7 PM I had no way of getting into the garage. The building was closed. It took me about 45 minutes to finally get into the building to get my car.

App works smoothly. Camera sensor does not always read license plate.

If you have everything automated and require me to use my phone to enter the garage and add my card online, you can send an automated text that the garage is going to close soon instead Of just having a tiny sign saying it closes and locking my car overnight.

You locked the parking garage and didn’t warn me it closed at 6PM when I arrived, nor as the time approached, yet everything was done via text and your website. Really awful. Thank god a cleaning person let me into the building.

I don’t recall seeing a fee on the initial door sign before entering (aside from the daily rate). Had I known that I would have upped my amount for parking at the courthouse for jury duty. Now I know. The parking garage was easy to get around in and it wasn’t super busy which I appreciated.

Parking.com took over the garage at my office. They have a competitive daily parking rate. It is fully automated with license plate readers. I pull up and I'm in. Most of the time. Like all technology, sometimes it can glitch or fail. But an email to customer service resolves the issues.
