It was easy to use. Beats trying to find an open space or use my card in a meter that does accept a chip.

Great parking stop and reasonable cost. It would have been helpful if the directions had included the road closures due to the size of the Pride event. I drove around for over 30min, before realizing I had to ask a city worker to move a barrier in order to reach the parking garage.

For someone who’s not computer savvy, this app was easy to use

Prices way to high. Every where around me was 7.00 cheaper. If I had known before hand I would have switched places.

Reserving, parking, transportation to and from airport and checking out is always smooth, easy, convenient and reliable. Highly recommend.

Found a parking space close to business visiting. Easy to pay by phone.

Horrible experience and will never use this service again. Parking in downtown Colorado Springs was +$8 for 2 hours and then I received a text message after 40 minutes of parking time indicating 20 minutes was remaining (not the 1hr 20min that it was supposed to be). Tried logging into the App, having just signed up for an account when I was paying for this parking spot, to get an error saying I needed to confirm my account via email, but no email was sent. I rectified this situation by moving the car 30 ft. to a traditional parking meter, which was extremely affordable and had ZERO issues. Once again, horrible freakin experience….

I would give this zero stars if I could. First, the sign that had the QR code listed a different price for the parking than the app charged. $5 for 2 hours or less was listed but the app charged $8.35. Second, there is no Apple Pay option on the site which meant I had to pull out my credit card and type in all the details.

Initially, the QR code would not allow me to pay. Stated there was no room available, when I obeyed all signs and instructions. Took a number of attempts to pay. I was frustrated by the delay.

I’ve paid for my parking spot, and still received a citation for non-payment. What is the point of having touchless payment if I have to spend additional time in dispute so my name doesn’t go into collections. Disappointing service

I didn’t feel safe paying for parking in a dark lot, credit card out.

Very simple to use... we drove in, found a spot, scanned the QR Code and filled out a short form... all done! Great experience!

Website did not load in a timely manner, nor was it easy to navigate when it did. The QR code should bring up the specific parking area not the lookup. This process was significantly harder than just walking g to a kiosk, which YOU DID NOT HAVE. Shame on you.

After Paying for the parking spot, I received a parking violation ticket. I can only assume that this a fraud or a scam. I recommend just using the city meters and walking a little further to your destination.

Extremely overpriced per hour. Greedy jerks.
