No issues at all with parking. Car safe

Easy to use and great location

Very easy to pay for my space and was notified when my time was coming to an end.

Horrible. Why can’t I just drop 5 dollars in a slot? License plate, credit card info et al. Absurd. I will never return.

The price for parking was high considering that there were no actual parking spots, just a gravel lot.

Selected 1 hour and was charged for 24 hours. Called to dispute and they advised me to charge my card again for another transaction and select 1 hour (which we did to begin with) and they would refund the first transaction.they weren’t listening to the issue. needless to say we didn’t charge another transaction for a repeat of the issue to occur.

Not enough room to park on busy days. Also, 1 hour was 25$, 2 hours was 55$, and 3 hours was close to 88$. I just wanted to go across the street to Haraz and get coffee. My friends and I left Charlotte completely after this. I am from New Jersey, born and raised, and have been in and out of Philadelphia my whole life. Parking in Philly is 5$ tops for 3hours, and that’s on the street. 25$ is for a secure lot. 25$ for parking in an open lot is a joke. Charlotte is not that interesting, let alone worth the 25$ an hour. Just parallel park on the street, learn how to read street signs correctly, stay away from this parking lot. Over priced is an understatement, maybe it was just the weekend, I am not sure though, because on a week day, a week prior to this, it was 5$ for parking. It still does not warrant the 25$ an hour price tag, outrageous.

It was easy to use but I was in a rental car and forgot I didn't have my nc plates and couldn't change the plate info so I was sol on my first purchase 🫤

It was easy, safe, and convenient. I was really pleased with the parking rates!

I loved that they texted you when your time was almost up.

The parking lot was empty and they had an app to pay. It took us 20 minutes to get the app to accept my payment method which made us a bit late for our breakfast. If you have an app as the only method of payment it needs to work consistently.

Parking was ok, but the payment option was a little confusing. Once I scanned the QR code, it immediately took me to some entertainment site that charged me. Once I realized it wasn't the payment site for the parking lot, it was a little bit of a hassle to cancel it. I just think they could make the payment options a little more user friendly

The Parking Spot was so easy! We pulled in and the person at the gate told us which lot to go to & stay by our car. Before we even got our luggage out of the car the bus was there. On our return we waited just a few minutes & the bus took us directly to our car.

It was convenient for me to use, I didn't even have to get out of my car. Plus the added feature of being able to extend my time if I was having a good time or just needed more time than I originally thought I would need. Great experience!

the sign up process on my cellphone was slow and somewhat confusing to complete without having an account, another couple while i was paying for the parking spot encountered the same issue.

Not an easy mobile payment process and rate was too high for the area
