The sign up process could have been a bit more efficient. The price was rather high for a Sunday afternoon not peak hours for a Holiday as well. Otherwise the lot was clean and the parking area was... Näytä lisää

The Parking lot was well lit and the instructions for payment were easy and clearly visible. The payment itself was way too expensive, as I had to pay $18 to park for 1 hour!

Bait and Switch for QR code

I scanned the QR code and it forwarded to park.com and not the park mobile app. that I have used more recently. I have my car listed as primary, but it linked to a car I don’t own anymore. I bought parking, but was still ticketed for not having the correct car. Why two different websites?

While it appeared that there were not…

While it appeared that there were not enough vans out to pick up guests - we waited outside for fifteen to twenty minutes before several vans showed up - there were forty people waiting in a line prior to me w a 90+ temp.
So, life happens and you deal w it but it would have been great to get picked up faster.
Grateful for all the drivers out there trying to do great work.

Make sure the meters are for your parking space

I paid for 2 hours of parking 10 steps from my car. It was unclear it was the wrong meter. PLEASE MARK THE PAYMENT METERS CLEARLY. I spent $35 in parking for 2 hours.
