Parking.com - 1010 Convention Plaza Arvostelua 49

I purchased a three day parking pass downtown St. Louis, as we were attending a volleyball tournament. Day, one, and day two my parking was fine; however, day three there were zero parking spots available in the lot I had purchased. I reached out to parking.com via email, and have yet to hear anything regarding a reimbursement for the fee I paid.

I was there for a conference and was not able to renew daily. I had to leave the different meetings and walk over to the lot to re-scan the code and then renew. There were also two different scan codes, with different pricing.

As for availability and access, it was adequate.

I did not make a "reservation." I scanned a QR code in the parking lot. I tried to add time online. I made a mistake and added 'days' instead of hours. I called 2 times to cancel the extra 'days.' Both times I was told there was no extra charge. I had to call my credit card provider to dispute the charge to get a 'refund'. Turned out there was only a daily rate. Had the payment screen for the original payment been clear that it was a max charge for the day this all would have been avoided. (the parking lot had a sign that said what the daily charge was that I saw when I left)

Stayed at a local hotel that didn’t have parking available, so I bought a two day parking pass to easily go in and out. The condition is the lot was terrible and full of potholes. One of the days there was some kind of event downtown and people were tail gating in the parking lot taking up a number of spaces for their tents and grilling. I found this completely unacceptable as it was impossible to park in the paid for spaces and no attendant to prevent this.

Rates were not presented upfront. Had to park for two days in a row and didn’t realize that the price for two days was the same as for one day. Ended up being $80 instead of $40. Maybe this is only relevant for a specific location and not a reflection of parking.com in general. Nevertheless, enabling sneaky practices like this leaves a bad impression.

Slow app, unmanned and unmaintained lot, ridiculous price.

Charged me $30 for $10 event parking and zero response from customer service.

There was a large parking lot sign as you entered the lot stating the charge for parking was $10. When I went to the kiosk to pay I got charged $40. Complete BS.

It was easy enough to to use. Sent reminders, ect. The only downfall I had was it was the same price to park all day as it was just a few hours. $40 was a little steep for the few hours needed. Not sure if that was the app or location but thought it was worth mentioning.

Terrible for the second time. The texting to the number does not work. Using the QR code is almost as bad.
After I finally was able to register, took 4 times! Then when I just wanted to extend the parking session and was charged 10.99 (full Day rate) for a few extra hours.No way to contact anyone about this. I will try to avoid parking there in the future.

This parking lot was unbelievable dirty & unsafe. The vehicle next to us had their back window busted out overnight so we had to walk & drive through broken glass when leaving.

The sign on the lot said $10, but charged me $40!

$40 for 2 hours of parking. Never again.

Overpriced. Lot is not design for pick ups and larger vehicles. Cheaper options available.

First of all $40 for parking when the lot right adjacent to it was $21 is just robbery. Second it cost $40 for 5 hours...which I purchased. It costs $40 for all day. When I ran close to 5 hours and it asked me to extend it wanted to charge me another $40! CRAZY Finally, despite $40 there was absolutely no visible security. You own the property but it's very clear there is no service provided.

So the parking was convenient. HOWEVER, when you log into the app it asks you how long you’re going to stay and then charged me 40 something for 4 hours. We needed more time, and when I went to add one more hour, it was going to charge me 40 something more dollars!!! What the heck? So I had to run out of my daughter’s game to get the car out of there by my four hour mark. So ridiculous that 1 extra hour would
Be 40$!!!!!! It seemed like any amount I entered was 40 more dollars. Other folks on our team paid 20$ for the day. So yea, convenient, but such bad pricing practices! :(

Parking was far too expensive for the lot. Spaces were WAY too close together, the lot was not quality, and there wasn’t enough lighting.
The use of the app was a little clunky as well. I appreciated the ability to use the QR code; however there wasn’t a way to split if using your phone.

The cost of parking is ridiculous. For that price there should an attendant and security!!

The cost was $30.00 per night to simply park in an area that had no security or fencing. The lighting was marginal which made me not want to go to my car at night.
